It was NOT a good experience 😕. The call center told me there was a deal on the oil change but when I got to the Service center they knew nothing about I was talking I about. They wanted to keep me car but a advised then I would need a loaner and was told I had to get on the waiting list. I do know for a fact they DO have loaner cars and I shouldn't have to leave my car and hope one come in.

This was a routine service visit. I didn't give a high rating because the dealer promised to do two items for us and they didn't do them.

Staffs are friendly, clean waiting area. Only one issue couldn’t resolve (front driver seat’s height adjustable issue)
