    No repair was made to my car. The brake still grind and squeak even after I told the technician to take the roaders off to inspect it was not done. I was told it was a normal for a car to do that with my breaking is affected and this is now a safety issue

    Besides Kimberly being absolutely amazing and helpful as my service advisor, it was not a great experience. Kimberly is the only reason that it was not one star. I got my engine service because the engine light came on, I get my car back on Saturday, and by Wednesday, my engine light is back on again. I got lucky with my last appointment because I could be without my car for the 2 days, but now I have to take it in again and I need my car for work. I shouldn't have to take it back in three days later when my car is only a 2023 and was just serviced. Also, I wish I remembered the names of the people that I talked to, to schedule my appointment. The first female that I talked to was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. She took the time to try to get the answers to my questions to truly help me. Unfortunately, before I could get schedule my call got disconnected and I had to call back. I was connected with a different person and had to explain the whole situation again and besides just scheduling my appointment this person was extremely unhelpful. I asked her three questions to confirm what the person before had told me and she answered "I do not know" to every single question. She did not take that time like the last person to help and it was extremely frustrating to have someone ask "is there anything else I can help with" considering they did not help with anything because they would rather answer "I do not know" instead of taking the time to be helpful.

    Terrible experience. Will be going to Corporate with a complaint on parts. Waiting on parts for over a year with no follow up or recourse of action whatsoever on a brand new vehicle purchase.
