Communication was poor. I dropped my car on Friday morning and heard nothing back until Tuesday evening after leaving multiple messages and texts. I totally understand that repairs take time and am fine with it taking a week to complete a repair, but I'm not sure if my car was even looked at until Tuesday. Any updates along the way would have made it a great experience.
