When I booked my appt and gave the person the engine code, I was told that the fix wouldn’t take long and making an appointment versus walking in would mean I would be in and out quickly. Upon check in I told them what the issue was and then went and sat down. 45 minutes later the service advisor came and told me that my car wouldn’t be ready until at least Monday, it was Thursday morning. I don’t consider 4 days in and out quickly. Most dealerships offer a courtesy vehicle, I was never offered one. I got a video Friday morning telling me that they didn’t see anything structurally wrong with my car. Then nothing was done to my vehicle until Monday. Why wasn’t my appt just for Monday when they actually intended to work on it? I ended up having to pay for a rental car for something that shouldn’t have taken long to fix at all
