    The staff at this location are always friendly and so welcoming. The dealership is always clean and their work is never questionable.

    I paid $200+ for a diagnostic to fix my microphone in my car. When dropping off the car, I told the technician that I had joined a Tiguan forum and other people with a similar issue said there's was fixed with a simple software update, though others did require hardware changes. When the service was done, I was told the fix would be approximately $1000. Fortunately, I denied the fix and when I got in my car, the microphone was working fine and has been since. I am glad I did not proceed with paying over a $1000 dollars, when a simple software fix worked. I am not satisfied with the service and lack of care about saving me money and not wasteful spending on something that is not needed.
