I recently leased my very first VW car and was very satisfied with the professionalism of the associates who were assisting me. Mr. Abbas Abhari's enthusiasm was incredible and infectious. His clarity and patience when explaining the leasing options was greatly appreciated. He walked me through the pricing and was very honest and open about my options, guiding me to pick the car that best fit my needs as a medical student. Mr. Daniel Banks was also phenomenal. He knew his numbers well, walked me through the finance options and was very attentive and responsive to all my questions. He was very prepared to answer all my questions, and his ability to walk me through the payment options in detail, while breaking down the numbers, made me feel confident that I made the right decision to pick VW. I am grateful for the team and am looking forward to being a part of the VW family.

Easy scheduling with email response and text confirming my schedule for maintenance. Who’s. I arrived early, team member Kim immediately assisted with my check in and explained my options very clearly. Set up a means to get home and back with Uber which worked great. Tech video of progress was great feedback to me for how service was performed. Check out went smooth with always a smile.
