To be honest, the service experience was super smooth. My advisor was prepared the second I came in, knew me by name though we hadn’t met, and while there was no guarantee my service would be done before closing (my appointment was close to then) it was. I ended up picking it up the next day anyway.

Jeffrey was excellent as always. He called me before they started to let me know exactly what they were going to do and how much it was going to cost, and he informed me right away when it was ready. The whole experience was incredibly smooth.
