I called and asked about an oil change. The young lady told me that it would cost $115 and take one hour. When I arrived and talked to a service person, the cost was around $230 and it would take two hours. (He told me about all the extras I needed.) It actually took longer, and when the car was ready, after 2.5 hours, the promised car wash was unavailable. This is a typical experience at your service department.
