I was originally informed the 20k service would take approx 2-3 hrs. I declined a car wash because of that allotted time restraint of poss 3 hrs waiting. The service was completed in 1 hour. The cabin filter was replaced, however the service advisor never shown me my old filter. This would have been informative to gauge future filter changes. The 1 hour completion should have been a queue to ask me if I still wanted a car wash, but I was never asked. Somewhat disappointed in my "service".

Service Advisors need to work on communication. My initial appointment to have my water pump replaced was August 22nd at 8:30 AM. I had to reschedule the day of my appointment for August 25th Monday August 25th. I dropped my vehicle off hours prior to opening so the vehicle can cool by the time my 7:30 appointment rolls around. I did not hear anything about my vehicle all day, so i called at 3:00pm. I had to call 5 times to get an answer from anybody because I was sent to voicemail 4 times. Service advisor tells me they need to keep my vehicle for another day because they had to order the part, which is fine, but that is something that should be relayed to the customer. Not keeping it a mystery. Tuesday August 26th, the vehicle is complete at 10:00AM. Great! I picked the vehicle up around 4:00PM. Drove 1.5 Miles away from Autonation VW when my coolant light came on, no coolant in the reservoir.. so i had to get back to the dealership, have them pick up my vehicle. They had to keep it another day. Requested a loaner vehicle because not have my car really inhibits my life and work schedule. Immediately told me they dont have one before checking if they did. After a quick look in their system, surprise, they did have one. All said and done I picked my vehicle up on August 29th Every time I go into Autonation VW, there is an issue that correlates to a lack of communication.
