Car is 7 months old, service plan was paid for at time of purchase, warranty for 50k(cars done sub 12k miles). AC was faulty from outset, feel you took advantage of a 21yr old girl on her own. The AC service should be included free. Not a charge of $205. Disgusted. Left a bad taste. Will not be recommending this dealership until this fee is reversed.

My service guy James had me in and out so fast. I then came back later and the car was waiting for me. I always have great customer service at my Volkswagen dealerships. Thats why we just bought the new 2025 Atlas R-Line. We love it.
