    Abbas was great. Only thing is financing could have explained things a little slower and provide more details as far as me needing to register the car with dmv. Otherwise, everything was great. Thank you.

    We're California residents who frequently travel between LA and Las Vegas, so we needed a trusted dealership in Vegas to handle our 2022 VW Atlas. After trying to address several minor issues (including ongoing Car-Net problems) for years with our Pasadena dealer without success, we chose AutoNation Las Vegas purely based on name recognition--since most local VW dealerships had mixed reviews. We were pleasantly surprised. Not only did AutoNation resolve the Car-Net issue quickly, but they also diagnosed and fixed an N80 valve problem over Memorial Day weekend. We dropped off the car on Saturday, and by Tuesday it was ready--faster than anything we've experienced in Southern California. Special thanks to Alexis, our service advisor, who was exceptionally courteous, professional, and helpful throughout the process. He is a true asset to the dealership. Highly recommended for anyone looking for efficient and professional VW service in the Vegas area.
