    because it was done right so efficient and so nice the service manager is so pleasantly right although the sticker on the front right driver seat was not updated still i have to wait for the parts ordered for the side mirror control adjuster

    I felt like I wasn’t left in the dark. I feel like in the past, I felt like service/sales people keep things hidden or don’t fully tell the customer. But Kim was amazing throughout my entire process. I was able to easily change an appointment to have it looked at sooner, they did the service faster than I thought. And I also really appreciated the website where you can see the full breakdown of the cost and also the images the mechanics upload.
