Was not happy at all called make an appointment to do an oil change when I called, I wanted to make sure that I was still in for a free oil change the appointment specialist checked and ensure me yes it was free so I continue to make an appointment when I arrived. Got the oil changed at the end oil change it was not free. It was actually $243. This was unacceptable. I would’ve not made this appointment at that time. The specialist at the counter did give me a discount after looking into this, but it still was $150. I no longer getting free oil changes of my understanding now will not be coming back to get this done. Anymore will be going somewhere else. This isn’t the first time This has happened to me. Got this location With my other Volkswagen that I own

I think your employees need to sign a check list and go over maintanace more throughly ..maybe more training would help,, they’re super nice and run back and forward like chickens with no head so I feel bad but I just don’t have the time and patience to double check their work as I expect to trust them when I take my vehicle in for repairs or whatever my vehicle needs
