I brought my Volkswagen in for an oil change on Monday and had a truly pleasant experience from start to finish. Kimberly, my service advisor, was professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the entire process. She kept me informed and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Car is 7 months old, service plan was paid for at time of purchase, warranty for 50k(cars done sub 12k miles). AC was faulty from outset, feel you took advantage of a 21yr old girl on her own. The AC service should be included free. Not a charge of $205. Disgusted. Left a bad taste. Will not be recommending this dealership until this fee is reversed.

My service guy James had me in and out so fast. I then came back later and the car was waiting for me. I always have great customer service at my Volkswagen dealerships. Thats why we just bought the new 2025 Atlas R-Line. We love it.
