Obviously, the first and foremost reason I gave a five-star rating was due to the fact that I received what I ask for. Post 7 Days of sale I still do not have buyer's remorse. Yet there is still potential for grievances until receiving the green slip and title to vehicle. I would also like to add that Tom Mamangun was very helpful and professional during my auto purchasing experience with VW AutoNation.
