Waited almost 7 weeks for a loaner vehicle. Poor communication by service manager. Told up to 3 days to diagnosed. I had to call for updates and status of my vehicle after I was told I’d be contacted. After another request which I initiated on day 7 ( around noon), was told my car was ready. This dealership has to step up their game. This is my first VW and will definitely be my last and only!!
