Awesome Dealership, I had a great experience, I was just there yesterday and bought a car. Ask for Igor, he’s great..nice, personable, courteous and just an all around good guy!! Also Tommy was great as well, I know there were a few more behind the scenes, but again, if you want a car and don’t want salesmen breathing down your neck and not caring, then make sure you visit AutoNation VW and buy yourself a car 😁

Buying a VW from AutoNation was a wonderful experience. I got a 2018 VW Passat SE. It was literally the best price across the USA for year, make, milage and a beautiful car. Anthony, my salesman and Kurt, the manager were very helpful and went the extra mile to make me happy! At the end of the deal, Anthony introduced me to Samantha "Sam", the service manager. I was greeted by the service advisor, Jeffrey Lopez and advised me regarding the process of the repair which was covered under warranty as well as the estimated completion time. Autonation performed a complimentary disinfection of my vehicle interior and a full service car wash. The service technician made time to explain the car inspection

Jeffrey is so great with my husband and I anytime we come in. We’ve built such a great relationship with this dealership for about 3 years now. Our first salesman Igor always remembers us when we come in as well. We always take our cars here for service. We hadn’t been in since last year when I bought my GTI and brought it in for an oil change yesterday. Jeffrey still knew who we were. They got my car in and out for my oil change.

I was originally trying to buy a vehicle at Findlay North VW in Las Vegas. After 2 weeks worth of them misleading me and not being truthful I decided to look elsewhere. I called Autonation vw and talked to a salesman that convinces me to come in. The dealership was very busy when we got there. Still, I was treated like I was the only customer for 200 miles. They listened to what my needs and wants were and met them quickly and easily. after the sale there was a small hiccup and after expressing my concerns I recieved a call from the General Manager Louise Evan's. She really seems to care about how her customers are treated. she addressed my concerns and the problem was resolved. my wife needs to replace her VW for a new one and we'll most likely come back to this dealership.

I had a service with them they charge me for oil change but actually they didn’t do it when I took my car to the different mechanic they told me I have the aftermarket oil filter on my car, and I had problems with my engine lights that they couldn’t solve it had to take my to different shop, Mark my service advisor he was very rude about me taking back my car for the same problem I would never buy another VW again and I would never use the service

I have to say my most recent experience was horrible. The service tech I normally work with and who does an AMAZING job was not there although I had an appointment with her. I ended up having to deal with mark and it was not pleasant. He doesn't listen and he is pushy. He made me feel like it was going to be a chore he would rather not do when it came to my service. I explained what had already been discussed with my service tech and I he kept saying was well in my experience that isn't going to happen. He then told me it was going to take over 5 hours to do a diagnostic which was going to cost me $100 each, and THEN he would work on contacting my warranty company... When I told him never mind I will just have to come back because I have to work, mind you I brought my car in at 8am and don't start work until 1pm but was told no guarantee I would know anything by then, he began to say oh well I can probably make it happen by 12... I left with questions unanswered, diagnostic not done, and very frustrated.

Absolutely not. More than once, I have called to make sure an advertised car was there on the lot, made an appointment and went to see the car only to be told the car wasn’t on the lot. This after being told when I called the car was there and they called to confirm that I was coming. Bad business practices and dishonest.

Until I started dealing with AutoNation VW I was wary about dealerships. Apparently AutoNation determined why car owners preferred to go to their local repair guy, and fixed many of the problems. The service is personal, communications are clear, and they convey confidence thst they can handle these higher-tech car problems. I don't know if I am paying more for dealership -care, but I'm fine with that. The security of a quality assured service department sets me at ease.

This review is long over due. I bought my 2019 GTI from Frank. He is a fantastic salesman. Personable and professional. He taught me about the bells and whistles of my car and also taught me the amenities of the service department. It’s hard to go to a car dealership and feel like the staff has your best interests at heart. But after getting outstanding customer service from Anthony who usually is on the front desk and the general manager herself Louise. I must say that for the first time, I have left a car dealership where I got exactly what I wanted with the best deal possible. Anthony is very kind with utmost customer service skills. And Louise is the definition of what a great leader is. She really gets the job done, handles service recovery really well and is a very efficient communicator. We absolutely love our new Tiguan! When our family gets bigger, we will probably upgrade with the Atlas! We’ve been customers since 2016 and will continue to do so with the workmanship delivered by Volkswagen and the service provided by its staff.

Vincent Vitala" Manager of service at VW is a great and honest guy. Let me tell you my story. My wife's Toyota Corolla was dying and one morning I was taking my daughter to school, a car in front of me crashed into a wall spewing parts into my path that exploded one of our bad tires. Upon finally arriving at my daughters school I embarrassed my daughter and myself when a cloud of burning oil enveloped the car like in John Candy "Uncle Buck" movie. That morning I violated every rule when buying a car on Boulder Hwy. I was tired and still without coffee. After the third dealership I found a sexy VW. I liked it! Don't know why but VW has a good reputation. I really had no idea what I purchased, turned out it was a GTI rocket with turbo charger. The car has issues and the dealership was done with the transaction so I took it to VW Auto Nation. The first annoying issue was a bad tail light indicator on the dashboard. I talked with the first service person who was great but just did not understand procedures. Now comes the great part about VW Auto Nation and the manager "Vincent" who clearly has the senior intelligence and experience to know what to look at first. After fixing the first light I got a third tail light indicator. The previous owner put in an after market toy that makes the third tail light flash. However this creates a change in the voltage flow that indicates a bad third tail light problem. Vincent put back the original third tail light saving me the cost of the light and remove the add-on toy. The system is back to OEM operating standards and the dashboard light no long blasts me in the face every time I drive my VW GTI. Did I say that I am 60 years old and I have so much fun with the power. VW Auto Nation and Vincent did an overall diagnostic of the car for me and pointed out other details to be aware to fix. Such as I was told by other people to change the timing belt at 80,000 miles. Vincent again made me aware that VW timing belt is not a belt it is a chain and does not need to be changed until 130.000 miles. The car has 80,000 miles. My point is that in Las Vegas it is hard to find a honesty, professional and forthright services anywhere. "Vincent" and Auto Nation proved to be a savior when I neglected ever car purchase rule. I will not fear purchasing another VW when my 1996 SC Lexus drops dead in 8 months. I hope it is electric.

They made buying a car super easy. Every worker there was friendly and no one was trying to swindle or haggle. They were up front with me and told me exactly what to expect. The car I got has minor repair issues, including the cup holder, where the bottom of the holder was off completely. I do not know if they realized it or not. Overall, good experience. 9/10

Two days before Christmas, my car developed a problem with the programming. The car, according to the guide book instructed that when I receive an error message to not drive the car. I talked to Mark and he suggested that I have the car towed into their lot that evening. I called AAA and they came right away, towed the vehicle. Christmas eve day, Mark had it in the shop, diagnosis complete, called me and it was repaired before noontime. Not only that, he addressed another problem and took care of it. Mark is my go-to guy at Autonation VW on Sahara Ave.

I went into the dealership as a returning client. I was looking to trade in my 17' Jetta for the newer model. Unfortunately it wasn't a great experience at all. I wanted a similar payment to what I currently have or a little bit higher. The finance manager told me personally they weren't not in the business of loosing money especially on returning customers? He mentioned that with my last deal they lost so much money they weren't willing to do the same again? I work in the customer service industry myself and if I have returning clients I go out of my way to get them what they need because that's how you build a clientele and they keep returning to you for that great customer service you provided. Now I know they didn't loose money on my last deal or else they would have not sold me anything. I will never go back to that dealership I honestly got a lot better service at Findlay Volkswagon of Las Vegas.

I brought my Atlas in for my10,000 mile oil change and service. I had my appointment and was helped right away. My advisor said he would call me in a few hours to let me know when to pick my car up. I got the callin the afternoon, and when I arrived at the dealership, my car was clean, and ready to go. Then Mark said they would send me a reminder for my next service date.... It was a very good experience!

The experience was amazing until I encountered the cashier. I attempted to pay for some VW merchandise while waiting for my car to be serviced. I was told to not pay until my car was done so that it would be one transaction. I told the cashier that I would not have any charges for my car because there was a recall. She told me to wait anyway. I finished with the service technician and he gave me my paperwork. I then had to go back to the cashier. The technician said, ?you?re all set.? I said, ?no I have to pay for my items, I was told I had to wait.? The cashier looked at the service technician and said, ?oh, I didn?t think she was warranty.? I said, ?well you didn?t ask either.? I was pretty bothered by her lack of customer service experience. Her assumptions were uncalled for.

worse used car purchase ever. they claimed they did a tune up on the truck we just bought after not even a week we notice a misfire, changed the spark plugs and these have no been done in possibly year or longer from the looks ! so had to pay out of pocket for a tune up on a vehicle we just bought ! but on paper even says tune up was done ! plus their workers like to ding doors with their vehicles on my personal vehicle even went through clear coat ! I recommend ihor hes beyond amazing but their used cars dont trust our their word.

Hands down would I reccomend AutoNation VW I was down from Canada and had some front end issues on my 2018 Golf R. Vincent walked me through a smooth professional process to cover it under my canadian warranty down here. I was grateful and appreciative that they could do the work but it blew me away when he had a loaner car for me. Without him I would has missed more work and been stranded. That's the way it should be. Care about the person not the company or the buck. However, VW has been a pain about this feedback. Here is my experience. Lots of area to improve in. GM needs to engage in fixing the break down in communication within the dealership. Stop pushing unnecessary extra services. Learn you your customers are before engaging with. If commitments are made, know the commitments, honor the commitments. If the GM does not trust honorable customers they will not trust the GM. GM does not need to make excuses etc. because there are customers specially the senior retirees who have experienced all this nonsense in their life. AutoNation has some great employees who need leadership. Disgusting experience. Dealer uses pressure tactics and operates like a circus to make the sale. It is kinda fun playing them. Once the sale is made the process to close is a circus. No one knows what they are doing. GM enters the game in the last quarter using pressure tactics to sell extra services downgrading and bad mouthing my insurance company. I was promised on a Thursday that on Monday I will pick up my original invoice and all documents to register my new vehicle at DMV in Arizona. The finance person a two month recruit at AutoNation VW stalled me then told me nothing was ready. Never had the courtesy to call me and tell me they will not be ready. Met the GM. What an experience. She started to stall me. The conversation was disgusting and insulting. She blamed other employees. She is the GM and responsible to communicate with her employees and manage the dealership. AutoNation needs to make management changes to turn this dealership around. If any " customer service" exists " call me. Low end auto dealer.

I was originally referred to a finance employee via a coworker, but never needed the connection, as an online salesman made quick, professional contact shortly after I'd been on the website "window shopping." Derek was a pro, the dealership was clean and beautiful and the stock was top notch. Every employee I made contact with made the process a little more simple, a little more enjoyable. Although I used a pre-approval with another bank, the credit application process and finance/signature process were a breeze and took no time at all without the usual upsell-palooza. Got a fair price on a beautiful car. Truly recommend you give their team a look.

My experience came in waves. Walked in 30min before my online scheduled service, was found standing in front of 4 service writers, finally one of the Service writers greeted me ,asked for my name and telephone number, then pointed me to the right, said Gus is helping you with that. So I walked over 10ft to my left over to Gus, who then asks me what he can help with. He just heard the whole Initial conversation! Low energy in the department. I waited in the waiting lounge. Was very surprised of the obvious, ie. multiple seated with obvious rips and tears, wires visible and hanging from wall. Side tables weathered. Not what I expected from a Volkswagen Dealer. 1st one I've visited that was of such standards. Having said the above, once my VW rolled into the shop, I simply waited a reasonable amount of time, Gus's service and attention to detail was well above standards. And was on my way. My Tech forgot to place a reminder window sticker, not a big deal to some VW reminds me in car. Which leads me to think there is no check list of any sorts. 1. I had a wonderful experience at the service department after bringing my TDI in for a glow plug light. They let me know when they would begin diagnostic process, when the process was completed, and when the repairs were completed. They repaired the fault and had me back on the road the same day. Would’ve have never known if it wasn’t for the bank calling me and letting me know they wouldn’t fund the deal because my signatures did not match. I took my daughter to buy her first car. The check engine light came on the test drive and she was told they would fix it. All they did was reset the codes and turn off the check engine light. The car needs a turbo and they are refusing to fix it. She has had her car for 2 weeks with a bad turbo and the GSM and management staff refuses to help her. I would recommend not buying certified pre-owned. We purchased a 2014 CPO Jetta in November of 2017, mechanically the car is awesome but in July the clear coat on the rear bumper started coming off behind the right rear wheel. Car Fax is a lie, the toilet paper you used this morning has more value than a Car Fax report because a car can get a complete repaint and not show up on car fax if it was not paid for by an insurance company. I brought this to their attention and the repair attempt was feeble at best, now I have burn marks in the paint from the buffer and not smooth paint on the bumper where it was painted, they painted it behind the dealer not at a body shop. The service manager thought it was acceptable but it looks like crap. Do NOT buy the piece of mind line because if you do you may end up like me, making payments on a vehicle I could have purchased on Boulder Highway at a we tote the note lot and bought an extended warranty and got a better outcome. I wish there were a way to post the way the paint looks now, you would be in horror like I am thinking that the trade in value of this vehicle is greatly diminished by the repaint. The people are very nice like Igor who sold us the car but don't expect to much from the back end support. So to summerize, shop around avoid all autonation dealers, it is a corporation and they are all run the same way, sell you something with that "piece of mind" line and just like the car fax it's an empty line of crap.

Bought a 2005 Jeep Wrangler from this dealer on 06/02/2018, that has supposedly passed their used car pre-inspection. Had it two days when we realized that it was slipping gears because the transmission was bad. Took it back during the five day return period. Salesman asked if we would let them try and repair it, to which we stated that was fine as long as it did not impact the five day return period if they could/ would not fix it, to which he stated no. Thus begins a month long saga of the worst customer service I have EVER had. The short story is that it took them two weeks to even give us a straight answer as to whether they were going to attempt to fix it. Three weeks later, they still did not have the parts to repair it, after telling us they were on order and would be arriving in a couple days, several different times. We finally went directly to the manager of the dealership to get a refund. This now began another three week saga of attempting to get them to send a refund check to our bank. Without a doubt the worst attitudes and worst service I have ever experienced.

Be warned: This company is full of liars from the finance manager to the sales manager. Almost a year later and I am still waiting on a refund. Every couple of weeks they come up with a different excuse or paperwork that they need. I have sent them everything they need, via email so I have a paper trail, and they claim they never got it or someone quit and they have to start over again. Worst dealership in Las Vegas! Nothing but lies and incompetence.

I had an excellent experience with my Volkswagon Tiguan sale, my salesman was Ihor Marchenko. He went way out of his way to make sure that I was happy with my new car and he delivered exactly what I was looking for, plus more, he made my experience stress and was never pushing anything on me. I love my new car and I give Ihor a 10+ all around! Excellent salesman and I will definitely send my friends that are looking to buy a volkswagon to him in the future!!

Once again this dealership has proven to be a joke. The service department and the staff do not know how to take care of their customers. I was just informed that Mark Gilmore is the service director I know he left that dealership for a while but I guess he is back. Mark instructed another employee to steal parts off of my car like my lowering springs. They called me a liar and then when I gave them proof they had to reimburse me and the old store manager apologized. This was a few years ago. I gave them another chance recently and they have failed again

My wife and I have been talking about upgrading from a 2011 Golf to a 2018 GTI. I am currently stationed in Afghanistan so I had to do everything over the phone. My rep was Derrick Jackson and he was very helpful and informative. I called on January 21st, 2018 and my wife picked the car up the next day. This is my 5th VW in 15 years, but I've never been more pleased with the service. Definitely would buy from here again and would HIGHLY recommend Volkswagen Auto Nation.

Middle od June this year the air conditioner started giving us trouble. It works but takes up to 15 minutes to start. It's 2016 Passat and we never had any trouble till then. We took the car to Automation 4 times to fix the problem. The dealer continues to insist nothing is wrong with the air conditioner, and Lisa Abbott was rude.

I think and further salute is Eric, Rocky, Kevin, Daniel in finance, and mostly Tyler the geek, who keep me informed over the months of searching alerting me when (my) truck was on their lot. Other dealers did not "serve" my needs as well as they did. Do I think I will go back to them? Yes. The one star is just because if not I can't post the following review. This is the experience that I got today from VW and your dealer AutoNation Volkswagen Las Vegas. My Volkswagen Tiguan battery was dead this morning, so I decided to call VW roadside assistance around 8:11 am and they told me that “they will be at my home at 9:30 am”, they never showed up and I called again, they told me wait 30 more min. because they were on their way.... 30 min later I called VW again and they apologized for being that late and asked me wait another 30 min, finally around 11:20 pm I decided not to wait anymore, thanks god I have AAA and they came to my home in less than 20 min. and started the car for me. I went to the dealer VW AutoNation at Sahara Ave because also the service light was on. They received my car to perform the service and I asked the service guy who received my car about the price of a new battery because miraculously the warranty expired yesterday!!!! The service guy gave me the price for a new battery but I decided not to buy it from them because the price was higher than the one offered from AAA. THE SERVICE guy was so mad that I didn't wanted to pay for a new battery that he told me that they were full and they didn't had time to perform the service until next week all these after I refused to pay them for a new battery. All this is really unprofessional from this brand and from this dealer, and I don't want to mention problems that I already had with my previous car (another Tiguan).... People stay away from VW if you can and if not at least try a different dealer.

Autonation VW really made a good impression on me. They were very informative and I didn't feel stressed or pressured the whole time I was there. April and Tyler made my experience welcoming and answered all of my questions. The whole vibe of the dealership was different compared to the prior ones that I had visited. There was one dealership that I visited pushing me to do a credit application when they knew I just wanted to finance personally through my own bank, but this place was much different. Overall, if you're looking to purchase a vehicle, I highly suggest this dealership. Everyone is very friendly and you won't be pushed to upgrade to a car you don't need/can't afford.

There was a mix up with my appointment and normally they can't do service beyond 11am and I showed up at 11:30 but they still took care of me though it was their lunch time. I started looking at this place because of a rating I saw regarding one of the sales managers Kurt. Thank you to whoever wrote that review, it led me to an awesome car buying experience. These guys were amazing. I drove 500 miles each way to buy my first brand new car and I didn't regret it for a second. Derek was a phenomenal salesmen, Kurt was an amazing manager who had my care at the forefront the entire time. I brought my 6 year old son along for the road trip and I have never seen a crew so family friendly. At one point my son must have played with at least half the staff. These guys post cars at fair prices and are awesome on trades. My wife is looking at a new car as well and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to take the trip to auto nation if she decides on a VW. Thanks guys for all that you have done for myself and my son. He loved making airplanes with everyone.

This was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. Our salesman, Frank, was outstanding. We talked about what we were looking for, price and test drove a Jetta all within an hour. The financial end of the transaction took a couple of hours, understandable to a point. Our time with Alexa in financing was just as pleasurable as the time we spent with Frank. Was having an issue my 2010 GTI and took it in for repairs for a high fluctuating rpms issue. Dealer said they fixed it, minus the OEM spark plugs, got those replaced and still having the same issue. Took it back Friday and said they fixed it again, on the way home same exact issue. 2 trips to the dealership and $2000 later, have to make a third trip in the morning.

I had my car towed for a steering wheel column lock defective message which when investigated it was suggested I seek immediate repair. I had my car towed to Autonation VW. Lisa Abbott was my service advisor. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a car dealership. My wife and I showed up having already picked out the car that we were going to purchase before hand. We had a check in hand ready to purchase the car. We finalized everything with our salesperson (who was helpful). After that it took an additional 3 and a half hours before we were brought back to sign papers. When they finally brought us back to finish the deal they gave our papers to the finance person who had only been working for 2 days while the experienced finance manager was laughing with his cooworkers. If the dealership would've been busy I would've been more understanding but we were the only people there!! This is a clear sign of horrible management. I would avoid this dealership at all costs.

We came in today with financing in hand, expected to be in and out within an hour. The process took nearly 4 hours. The staff knew we were in a rush on our way through to California, but we were left sitting in the lobby for over two hours while it appears nothing was being done to get us on our way. And in the end we ended up correcting the finance guy on his math � Our salesperson Tyler was excellent and made his portion of the deal a breeze! Everyone else was slow and inconsiderate.

Took my car because my check engine light was on and my regulator is out on one of my windows. They said they needed to test the battery. Upon giving me my car back the radio now has this loud static noise coming from it. They said was because I needed to replace the battery. Now the battery is replaced the radio is still making the noise. Now they are trying to say it's a ground issue, but my car didn't have the noise or an ground issues before they did whatever they did to battery. Now they are refusing to fix a problem they caused. Had to file a complaint with corporate this morning. Hopefully I can get resolve for this issue, especially since my radio was working fine and had clear sound prior to they touching it!

My dashboard message indicated that my Passat needed an oil change NOW. I Just drove from Los Angeles to Las Vegas and never been to this dealership. I anticipated a problem scheduling immediate service. Mark was able to "squeeze" me into the schedule. I dropped off my Passat and in a couple of hours the service was completed and the car washed.

autonation volkswagen owes me $1369 partial refund of an extended warranty. they have owed me this money for 2 months .. but now the finance mgr Jason won't take my calls or answer messages. I'm an 82 yer old woman . but not a STUPID 82 year old woman. I called, for the last time, today and left message .. again. Monday I plan to file a grievance with BBB .. and also go to small claims court. in retrospect, their salesman Tyler is a wonder. polite, competent and all about customer service. but everyone else, from the Gen Mgr to the Finance Mgr gives a whole new meaning to incompetence. I was satisfied with the service, however, my check engine light turned on shortly thereafter. I had a bad experience with the VW Dealership in Henderson. They disconnected the wire the shows the outside temperature right by the gauges. Then wanted to come back and were going to charge an arm and a leg to fix it. Luckily, my friend searched hard enough to find it that same day and just connected it again. So after that, I was told that when you service your cars you need to watch to make sure the job is done, and ask for any parts taken off, and that often times the service workers will mess with something to have you come back. So hopefully now the check engine light will turn off soon.

I was referred to this dealership by another dealership in another state. I found the car I liked and needed here. Yoshwa Shields was knowledgable and concerned that I got the car that fit my needs, but was also the best for me personally. I am very pleased with this low milage well kept car. I also like its quality and design. It is quiet smooth and has every feature I want and is user friendly. The knobs and handles even seem right. I told him the type of car I was interested in and within a few minutes we were test driving. I ended up finding my new car that day and the entire process went so smooth. This place is horrible. I've never been more insulted by the sales teams incompetence. Once I was able to speak a manager I thought I would be able to get some answers. But I was even more surprised that the management team there were twice as bad as the sales team. I used to like VW, but this experience has turned me off of the whole brand in general. Christopher Guilkey immediately greeted us when we walked into the service lane. Very nice and as us what the problem was and listen to everything we had to say. When told us not sure how long it's gonna take to find the problem, we waited in the lounge which they provided complimentary water bottles, coffee, and DONUTS!!! I mean what can be better then that?!?!? All in all it took about 2 hrs and they wash and tire shine your car too. Excellent job guys!

She saidthat thebattery warranty started on the born date of car. In my opinion this is ridiculous. Why would i be charged for a battery power when i don't own the car yet. Iv had other vehicles and never heard such a thing. I like mycar and my lease is up in a year. Its the little things that matter. Not sure if ill stay with VW. Again lisa was great.

I just purchased my third car from Autonation VW. All three times I entrusted Mr. Yoshwa Shields to get me through the process with out wanting do pull my own heart out for walking through the door. We all know that even when your credit is on point and your research has been done, just having to be there is exhausting. Mr. Shields is a top notch sales consultant that won't BS you having you hating your purchase the moment you get home. If you want to be treated like a human and not a fish then give Yoshwa a visit. Autonation VW, By the time I come in to buy my 4th car this man needs to be promoted at least once or twice or you guys are messing up. UPDATE...when you are finalizing your purchase go ahead and buy the rim and tire insurance. It has no deductible and is fairly reasonable. I have been on many a convoy through streets of Baghdad and it pales in comparison to Las Vegas. Do yourself a favor. Today I was on 15 south in the middle lane and ran over some crap in the road with both right side tires. Both tires are unfix-able. Thank goodness for the insurance.

I contacted AutoNation VW as I was shopping for a new car, my 2012 Jetta lease due to expire in June 2016. I had gotten a price from the other VW dealership in town and was probably going to finalize that deal when I saw the TV ad for AutoNation VW. I contacted AutoNation VW by email and almost immediately heard from Tyler Cloud Tyler emailed and called me as well. I told Tyler what I was looking for, what type of car I was driving and how much I wanted to spend a month as well as what his competition was going to do. Tyler assured me that AutoNation VW would get me what I wanted and at a better price. I have to say I figured they would match the other dealers offer or better it by a few dollars. I was really surprised when we went to AutoNation, met Tyler and the finance Manager Robin. Both guys were extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and not hardcore sellers. I would RECOMMEND AUTONATION VW, TYLER CLOUD and everyone that I have encountered there. I got the car I wanted for less than the other dealership was offering per month with less down as well...but I feel that Tyler was really interested in getting me what I wanted, not just another sale. This is my 5th VW and my 4th Jetta lease!! I have been through this process before and this was probably the easiest and most pleasant negotiation for a new lease, Robin was really great too! My husband was equally impressed as well. My daughter who drives a 2006 Jetta is going to be looking for a new car and I will highly recommend that she call Tyler Cloud and AutoNation VW. I know they will give her the best deal. Tyler didn't just sell me the car, he has followed up with me since and helped with syncing the bluetooth for me as well. I just bought a preowned vehicle at Autonation-VW. Las Vegas I went in and met up with sales person Ihor Marchenko and he led me to my dream car - 2014 Turbo Volkswagen Convertible Beetle. Once I test drove the car I was hooked! I came back the next day and drove away with my dream car. Mr. Marchenko even set me up with a referral to get insurance since my own insurance carrier was not available to change policies. His referral set me up immediately and allowed me to take my dream car home that same day. Mr. Marchenko invited me to come back after the weekend, so that he may sync my car up with my phone and went over all the electronics and points in the car. I met with the finance department and was very impressed with their detailed explanation of the warranties and such that can be purchased at the time of the sale. The bottom line is, if you go to the VW dealership request Mr.Stamps or Lou. Mr. Stamps and Lou made buying my first car quick and painless. Initially I was a little nervous as dealerships don't have the best reputation, but their friendly demeanor instantly made me feel at ease. They really went the extra mile to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted at a phenomenal price. They had no problem taking the extra time to answer all my questions in depth and taking extra time outside of work to email me possible cars within my price range. Another thing I loved is that all the cars at the dealership,new and used,have to go through rigorous screening before they are accepted to be sold. If they do not meet the criteria they are sent off(this happened to one of the cheaper used cars I was initially looking at),whereas a private owner or auction would've sold the defective car. That coupled with their amazing customer service is what really sealed the deal for me. And thus my risky Craigslist car search ended and I became a VW girl.

Moral of the story: VW is great, AutoNation is not. If you want a car from trusted dealership, this is not it. This is an email to general manager that I sent two weeks ago. I called a week later to follow up, no call back no answer. "I am now a happy VW Passat owner after buying out my lease last week on Thursday with Frank DiCerbo. Frank provided nothing but good service. Another gentleman whose name I don't remember, but is from Chicago and new to town, also helped immensely. Everyone was happy and I even requested a courtesy car wash, which is common from your team to offer when I visit. Prior to this, however, your team inspected the car and had me sign a document that stated that my battery, tired, etc. were running well. Unfortunately, when I got my car after the car wash the battery was dead and would not turn on. I was already at your dealership four hours so my dad and I decided to go to lunch and return while your team fixed the problem. When I arrived again at around 2:30 my car wouldn't start (Frank and the other gentlemen even told me they checked that the car turned on. They both said they thought the car washer guy probably left the key in the car but without the engine on). When I got into my car once again it didn't turn on so they had to jump start it. They told me it should be fine now and to call if I have a problem. Well I was away the rest of the weekend and didn't have to use my car until Sunday when I tried to turn my car on - once again it wouldn't. Today my car also did not turn on. I called and spoke to Robin, I believe he is your guest manager, but he was pretty apathetic and unwilling to look into the problem instead instead denying pretty much everything. He said theres no way your workers could've done anything to kill my battery, which is not true as I could think of a few possible mistakes. He also said that your team does not do an inspection of the car, which is a lie, because I remember signing the paper stating my battery, tires, etc were fine. My dad (the cosigner) and the other Chicago gentlemen were there when I signed. Frank, once again, tried to help and speak to them but told me that your team denies any wrong doing and that the battery must've died at the wrong time. I really appreciate his help, but unfortunately he can't give me a new battery or fix it on behalf of your dealership. Mr. Durill, I ask you to please fix the situation as it is obvious that your car washer must've not handled my car properly while doing his job. Since my car stopped working on your property and with your employees, I believe it is your responsibility to reimburse me as I have to get a new battery now. " Based on the customer service I received from management, I'll never refer anyone to AutoNation. They don't care if you are happy as long as they are getting their money.

My last visit with Auto Nation VW Service Dept. Las Vegas was far more quality then previous visit, but I am still disappointed with sales department from my purchase back in September 2015. On checking out the service person did his usual in proper explanation of what was done and could not be done.

I walked into Volkswagen with one purpose and walked out with exactly what I wanted and more! I couldn't have asked for a better experience with buying my first car. I was greeted warmly and left with hugs. I've been to other dealerships and didn't quite feel the same good vibes as I did at Volkswagen on Sahara. Tom was fantastic and extremely helpful, as was Jen. Overall, the experience was fantastic!!

We were in the market to buy our 16 year old daughter a vehicle. We narrowed it to a Beetle, Fiat and MINI. We initially started on the internet and Tyler Cloud replied within 1 minute to our inquiry. When we arrived at AutoNation, Tyler was courteous, extremely knowledgeable and a real pleasure to work with. He showed us a 2012 Beetle, fully loaded and super low miles (4K). We went and looked at other dealerships but none of them could match this vehicle. Tyler kept in touch and really worked hard to show us that he and AutoNation wanted our business. We bought the vehicle and our 16 year old is over the moon. The car is super fun to drive and we really enjoyed working with all of the folks at VW. It really was an Awesome Experience!!

I wandered in for a test drive and it took a while to actually get someone to help me. After being passed around a couple times, I finally ended up with Charles... what a great experience! He took the time to figure out what I was looking for and got me exactly that. The test drive process was smooth and he made the process incredibly fun. All my questions were answered and I left with my new baby! Charles has been amazing since the purchase as well, delivering my green slip to me, helping me figure out how to work my iPod and making sure I have everything I need! Definitely recommend this dealership, and Charles in particular. He's an awesome salesman and got me the perfect car!

Just recently bought a new GTI from AutoNation VW - it was a great experience, especially as a first time car buyer. I visited to test drive and felt very comfortable, as our salesperson Chris was very personable and did not pressure us into purchasing anything. I received a couple phone calls/emails from the dealership asking if I needed more info or if there was anything they could do to help me with my decision - nothing over the top and I appreciated the effort to connect. When I did finally decide to purchase, they were extremely helpful through the process and worked with me on the price to get it where I wanted to be. The team stayed late past closing to finish the deal, and were super friendly and pleasant throughout the entire process. I really appreciated Chris and the rest of the team as they made me feel like I was a valuable customer and that they would do anything to make sure I walked out as happy and satisfied as possible - which I did! Would highly recommend visiting if you're looking for a VW!

I didnt think I was in the market for a new car yet, however, my old car had other ideas. I had gone through the Costco Membership Program to find a new car and dealership. Within 5 minutes of clicking locate a dealer, my phone was ringing with Charles on the other end from AutoNation Volkswagen. He explained the program to me, and let me tell him what I was looking for. We made an appointment for the following day so I could look at the car. Everyone was very friendly in the dealership, and it made me feel at ease while debating purchasing the car. Everything was explained to me step by step during the process of the purchase, both by Charles and Farris. They made sure that they worked within my budget in order to get me my new car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to people interested in buying a new Volkswagen!

Hmmm..where do I start? Two months ago, I wouldn't have said this dealership was 5 stars; but the storm of crazy events (we can laugh about it now!) that have occurred have definitely changed my mind. After purchasing a 2012 CC here in April, I quickly found myself with constant problems with the car. For the next 8 months, my car probably spent 25-30 days in the shop, getting repaired. The Service Department was amazing. Rudy, Justin, Tyler and Brianna were extremely patient with me and tried to make the situation right each time. Thank you to them for that. Finally, I hit my limit. I spoke with the General Manager, David, who listened to me "tantrum" about the car. I demanded to know my options of how I could get out of the car. He simply told me that he was involved now and would do his best to help me. Not having much faith in the situation, I left thinking that a car dealership would NEVER help me get out of a used lemon (lemon laws do not apply to used cars) and that I was stuck with this piece of crap car. The next day, David called to let me know he was working on some options to get me out of my car and into a new one without penalty or further financial burdens to me. To say I was shocked is understatement. Over the next couple of weeks (and continued problems with my CC), David made it happen. I was able to get out of the car; the loan was paid off; and I was able to get into a brand new car that I LOVE because of David, Steve (Sales Manager) and Robin (salesman). The deal was amazing. Without sharing details, every bit of inconvenience and frustration that I had experienced for 8 months was repaid, ten fold. David and his team really wanted to make the situation right for me; and they did. At the end of the day, David restored my faith in VW after showing (not just talking about) that their customers satisfaction matters. Integrity, for sure. Ok. Here's the deal. YOSH was my sales rep. Great guy listens to what you say. James his manager also great l. I asked for the number to be at a certain price he came back and gave me a number that was lower. Wrote a check and drive off the lot. Very smooth and quick considering when buying a new car. Ladies and gents go see them. Ask for the two people I have mentioned and feel comfortable. Also Justin and Tyler in the service dept. Are both really good and will take care of you and your vehicle. This is a true response I just bought my jetta on Saturday.

My husband and I were on our way to California for a vacation at Disneyland, when the transmission on our Nissan Sentra broke down. After getting the mechanic's estimate, we determined it was better to buy a new car. We worked with both Robin and AJ, and they were excellent! They were friendly, polite and courteous, and made the car buying experience a whole lot less scary, especially during our stressful situation. We were not prepared to buy a new car, not having had the time to do any research, but Robin and AJ made us feel like we can really trust them! We also feel that we got a fair trade in value for our old car, and an amazing deal on our new one! Although we were disappointed to have to forfeit our vacation, we LOVE our pre-owned VW Tiguan and will be repeat customers in the future!

Desert VW - Las Vegas - Now AUTO NATION - Bought a brand new 2008 VW Passat in mid 2008. Komfort 2.0T Started noticing issues with the transmission from the get go. VW acknowledges that I started complaining in early 2010 (30,000 miles) that the car shifted funny from time to time which I believe to have been before that but it wasn't recorded. Of course they told me that I would have on a "problem indicator" and there was nothing wrong and they couldn't recreate the issue. Car continued to shift funny always. In March 2012 (73,000 miles) the car was so bad that it finally gave a "problem indicator" on the dash. Car was so bad it had to be towed to the dealership at my expense. It was determined that the valve body in the transmission needed to be replaced. They told me how they would cover the replacement. Oh and I can't forget the mechanism in the steering wheel that cost me $1400 because my airbags and my steering wheel functions didn't work. Great - yeah right!! Turns out that within 14 months or so the car starts to shift funny again. Got so bad downshifting into 2nd gear it almost gives you whiplash! I took the car to VW on Tuesday afternoon and they claimed that the valve body needs to be replaced again. The car has 95,000 miles now. Thursday morning I call after getting the run around all day Wednesday that they still don't know if VW is going to cover this repair. The person on the phone states that I will receive a call from the "service manager" because he is handling it. I call numerous times throughout the day, still no call back by 5. At 8pm I decide to stop by VW for an update. My service advisor is there and proceeds to say I need a brand new transmission and they won't cover it. He states the cost is going to be $6800 for the new transmission and figure that is just the part - never mind the labor! Are you $&*#ing kidding??!!!!!!!! SERVICE MANAGER DIDN'T HAVE THE BALLS TO CALL ME!! Also found out tonight they only warranty the power train for 60,000 miles so why did they cover it at 73,000?! PLEASE LIKE - SHARE IF YOU THINK THIS IS COMPLETE BS!!

I bought my 2010 VW Golf from desert vw July of 2010. To start off the rims and tires that were on the car were aftermarket when i bought it. I went into a discount tire to get the tires rotated and balance about 6 mo. after i bought the car. They showed me that the tires on the car were atleast 7 years old. I went back into desert VW and told them what i found, and they said that i was my fault that i didnt check them when i bought the car. WHAT????? So i wanted to get new rims and tires on the car anyways so no big deal. And then last month my service engine light came on, and i took it into Desert VW to get it fixed. To make a long story short i had dropped it off 4 different times to have the same problem fixed. Each time I picked dit up they said they fixed it and my engine light came on within 10 miles of leaving the dealership each time. The last time that i dropped it off they had the car for 5 days, they didnt offer a loaner car or my ststus of the car. I called them on the fifth day and asked them the ETA. They responded I dont know?? WHAT???? So i went down to the dealership to see what was going on and they had my car out back in the corner of the lot boxed in by 3 other cars and they proceeded to tell me that the aftermarket air filter was the reason that my light was coming on and i needed to bring them my stock air box. BS in my opnion. So i took the car from them that day and went over to Findlay North VW that afternoon and they had it fixed in 3 hrs. And ontop of Desert having my car for so long, Findlay North VW told me that Desert VW put the wrong parts on my car and they had left a screw driver under my engine cover and it had punctured the air pump hose and it needed fixed also. If you love your VW or are looking to get great service go to Findlay North VW. They are awesome. Desert VW [non-permissible content removed]!!! and so do their attitudes.

Avoid Desert VW at all costs! The service department is completely dishonest! I paid $68 for a "Fuel Saver Service" that I chose over a regular oil change because it included tire rotating. Service staff is always rude; during my last visit a group of technicians smoking cigarettes were blocking the service entrance when I arrived. As if these things weren't enough... I had to ask for my vehicle inspection report at the end of the service and noticed it didn't mention the tire rotation, so I asked Roland Wheaton (service advisor) if it was performed, and he assured me it had. Upon further investigation, however, I know that it wasn't. I was tipped off by the placement of my valve covers - my right rear is different from the others, I replaced it the month before, and after service on the right rear it remained. That was the tip-off: it turns out that I have the receipts for both of the driver side tires, purchased at different times. Front left is the only "Epic Tour" brand tire on my car and it was placed front left 11/2008, when it was purchased. The only other tire I've replaced on my car is the left rear, a "Conti-Pro" branded tire, November 2009. It is visibly newer than the rest and my receipt for it confirms its placement on the rear left. The tires were never rotated by Desert VW, as I was told, and I know this because the tires were still in the same spots as evidenced by my records. Unbelievable!

Service adviser Roland Wheaton had no problem to lie to my face: I paid for a Fuel Saver Service, $69. It was to include (among other things) an oil change, inspection, tire balance and rotation. It was mainly for the tire service that I chose this service over a regular oil change. Roland Wheaton failed to give me a work order. When it was time to pay I had to ask him for the vehicle inspection sheet. On my invoice I was charged for 49 quarts of oil (my car's capacity is only 5qts!). It didn't say anywhere on my invoice or the inspection sheet that the tires had been serviced and rotated, so I asked Roland Wheaton, specifically, if they rotated the tires. He assured me that they had. Little did he know that before my visit to Desert VW, each of my two rear tires could be easily identified: the tire in left rear was the newest, purchased in November 2009 (with paperwork to prove it) and the right rear tire had an anti-theft valve cover, different from the other three (I replaced it when it was stolen the month before). Much to my dismay, I found both my left and right rear tires in the same place - proof that they hadn't been rotated as Roland Wheaton assured me! It is unlikely that they checked the air pressure and even more likely that other services were never performed that I was charged for!
