Took my car in for an oil change and a complaint of a noise that started after previous work done. Connor was amazing! So friendly and helpful. They found the noise and have ordered the part (appt is in a couple days to replace), oil change was done and my car was returned clean.

Would never never and recommend anyone to purchase car from this dealership. We bought bran new 2023 Atlas and month in we are driving with our kids the right tire pops making a left turn🤷🏻. Called the salesman left detailed message never returned call. Called the service department and rather helping they asked did you tire protection. We did not they advised to call our insurance. If it was flat tire I would understand but it popped. They sold us car with bad tires. They said nothing they could do. Just beware of this dealership. We are going to trade it for something else now.

I went to Autonation VW to have an oil change and alignment done. Everyone in the service department was very friendly and attentive. My service person Connor kept me up-to-date on ma car while in the shop. I even got a little video of the inspe tion. They did not try to sell me anything else and the fees for the requested service were reasonable. The wait time for the oil change with alignment was 2 hours. The also washed my car on the putside. All in all, I am very satisfied with this place and recommend it for it's professionalism.

This was my first time to have my eGolf serviced at AutoNation and I will definitely use them again. They provided a great service within a reasonable amount of time. I gave only four stars because of a few minor points: - $450.- for replacing the 12V battery is a bit steep - the car was not charged, I expect a dealer to charge an electric car before returning it to the customer - since the dashboard display is slightly different now, it appears they upgraded or reset the software in the car, which I like, but there is no hint in the worksheet of such an upgrade or reset

Kim is a great service rep. Clear, concise communication. I love that this place treats you with respect and doesn't charge for things that don't need to get done. I came in because of squeaky brakes. They said they didn't need to be changed and gave me some solutions to help stop the noise. That saved me a bunch of money and created a great trust with them.

Panel is defective not fixed. Middle dash board wireless charger pad came off npt fixed. They told they order the part for middle console to be replace and told will have it by 4/24. no calls or does not return to my calls. Called at least 10 to 12 times every day left voice message no response. Called reception and got hold and they told will get part by 5/1. keep on calling for more then 10 times a day, no response again. one of the worst decison made to purchase car there an no warranty repair no respose. WORST SERVICE

Took my VW ID4 (2023) on April 19th for multiple issues. Not even one issue fixed. New car. brakes sound very loudly, no fix. Service guy told a lot of people having that issue and waiting for engineers to work on new brakes. until then i have to leave with it. Braking does not work while travelling at more than 65 and 70 mile speed. It is hit or miss. Sometimes brakes work. it is unfair i have to leave when purchasing a brand new car for 50k. Inside door panel on the front driver side has a clicking noise. Panel is defective and not fixed. properly. When pressed on it it gives plastic click noise. The other 3 handles inside are fine. They told me I have to wait for a recall fix ( Structure: Body: Door: Handle: Exterior). I still don't get what to do with that recall as that is outside the door handle. My issue is with the panel on the door inside which is not assembled properly or defect. Also having plastic vibration noise on rough roads, the dealer said they can't duplicate that issue. My old car is 14 years old and never had any rattling or vibration noise on rough roads until now. Middle dashboard wireless charger pad came off, not fixed. They told me they ordered the part for the middle console to be replaced and told me they will have it by 4/24. no calls or does not return to my calls. No warranty repair done. no response. WORST SERVICE. and other parts i did not get the title yet. Purchased with full cash. called the DMV they cannot find my title and asked for a tracking number from the dealer. Asked VW sales guys, still not able to get the tracking number. I have to follow up multiple times and do everything for myself. Never recommend this dealer and this is my last VW car.I want my title as I can get rid of this WORST car.

DISGUSTING!!! I have a problem VW. 2 fuel pumps before 30,000 miles. My car is currently surging and getting 10 miles a gallon. I took to AutoNation after poor experience at other dealership. I was told they could not duplicate concern. I have been told this and have had to tow car in a week later (previously). I met with service ( their suggestion) to try and duplicate concern. When I got in my car it only had 10 miles of gas. I was told never let it get that low. Shouldn't VW know to not drive that low! He said they don't put gas in. OK tell me they need gas $. Why did I waste my time to go there?

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so this time. I had been searching for an electric car and had visited a couple of dealerships, but received no attention. So, I didn't have high expectations when I visited Autonation Volkswagen, but as soon as I walked in, Abbas greeted me. He was extremely attentive and polite. I had my eyes on the ID 4 Pro, but unfortunately, it wasn't available in their lot. However, Abbas went above and beyond during the following week to get me a car even better than what I expected - the Pro S, for the same price as the Pro. The whole buying process was easy and fast, making it the best buying experience I've had to this day.

So am going through the whole ID4 recall experience and I get it things just don’t work out sometimes especially with new technologies but that’s not really my issue. Dropped car off last Wednesday and as of today I haven’t received an update or have had any of my calls returned. On Friday they provided me with a loaner vehicle which was great but two days later they tell me I need to return it and have it exchanged due to it being taken out of “fleet” again, I understand things happen so no big deal. What I don’t understand is how their service department make you feel like you are the inconvenience and they’re doing you a favor. Everyone has been rude and unsympathetic to my and probably others situation. I returned the loaner today which when I received had less than 1/4 tank of gas and I get another loaner, as we are walking out to the car I ask the gentleman walking with me who I believe is the service manager if he had any updates on my car and he says “honestly I have no idea” so am like ok… he hands me the keys to the loaner and as am about to take off the low gas light is flashing and has 35 miles left on the tank. I go back into the service area and I ask to please fill up the tank since am on my way to work, everyone looks bothered by this request and the person I believe to be the service manager tells one of his staff “just go and put like 10 bucks on it”and hands him the keys. Totally unacceptable customer service especially towards customers that have been loyal to the brand and are going through recalls that is not our fault.

Went in for an oil change, by appointment, and was told all of a sudden my car needed 4 hours worth of work done to it, so to the point I had to only do the oil change and make a 2nd appointment for the 2nd step and will have to make a 3rd appointment for the other item, I feel you should give people a heads up when extra work, like recalls for software update, so your guests can make arrangements for other transportation since you no longer offer rides or loaner vehicles.

The major issue is the disconnect between the VW Corporate communication and what can be done locally. My ID.4 is subject to a software update and a battery change. The communication from VW was sporadic and unclear as to how quickly this could be accomplished. I made an appointment, expecting that everything could be done at one time, but in fact, the local dealer needed to keep the car for several days because they could only perform one software update per day, and several other people were ahead of me. Then, when the update was finished, I was told I'd have to bring the car back for the battery change, as they did now have any batteries on site. I do not blame Auto Nation for this, as they are obviously not being adequately supported by VW in their capabilities to deliver appropriate service.

I sold my truck to this dealership and bought a car from them the same night. The customer service seemed great, until the deals were done and it was time for me to collect my check from the dealership. I was told that the check would be ready for pickup within 3 days. Day 3 rolls around and the check isn't ready. It's virtually impossible to reach anyone by phone except for the sales department, who will just transfer you to someone who doesn't answer the phone or return voicemails. On top of that my green slip wasn't ready on time. I made multiple phone calls only to reach the sales department who would take a message for me. I received a ticket for not having my car registered on time due to not having the green slip. I then had to make a phone call to practically scream at someone in sales and magically my green slip was ready same day and according to them had been ready for weeks... On top of that my salesman must use a texting app because the number he would call & text from was changed 3 times, so trying to reach him was virtually impossible. This was the worst dealership experience I have ever had and I will never spend a dime with Auto Nation again.

After an unexpected car break down I was able to bring my car to get seen very quickly. Our service agent Raymond was absolutely amazing. He had great communication and returned calls quickly. They completed the work under warranty in 2 days so I didn't have to miss my car for very long. I will definitely go back and see Raymond and Autonation Volkswagen for any future car troubles.

My mother was in the market for small SUV and AutoNation VW was our first stop. Immediately, as we parked our vehicle, we were greeted by Nicholas' friendly smile and greeting. We originally had stopped by to see VW Taos but after much consideration and with Nicholas' insight we decided that we wanted to test drive VW Tiguan. My mother was a loyal Toyota customer so she wasn't sold on VW until we took the vehicle for a test drive. Nicholas did a wonderful job of explaining the vehicle's features and ride comfort to us in a way we could understand and we never felt like their was a "hard sell" happening which made our experience amicable. My mother enjoyed the test drive and so did I. We could feel a difference between the German VW and the previous Toyotas that my mother owned. My mom decided that VW was the way to go and we started the negotiations and coming to terms with the dealership. Nicholas was transparent with what he could do and we were transparent with our budget. Nicholas did a excellent job of listening to us. We agreed to terms with the dealership and went to finalize the sale but saw an add on warranty missing from the deal that we thought was included in the negotiation. I spoke with Nicholas regarding the misunderstanding and to please make it right. Nicholas spoke to the senior sales team and they made sure my mother was happy with her purchase and made things right. Our sales experience was great. we spent 6 hours in total but the important part was that Nicholas did everything in his power for us not to leave and go to the next dealership because in sales once a buyer leaves the premises, chances of them returning is very low. Great job Nicholas on making our sales experience favorable and going above and beyond to make my mother's car shopping experience a positive one. Don't forget that purchasing a vehicle is a stressful experience because it is the second largest investment a buyer makes after purchasing a home. AutoNation VW we salute you on making our experience a great one.

My 2020 Tiguan had an engine light last week. I was able to get my car in the next day to be checked out and the dealer was able to give me a loaner for the day. It ended up being my battery which was replaced for free because it was covered under the 3 year/36k warranty. The technician recommended some other services like a coolant flush which I agreed to. Evidently it should have been done at the 30k service (which was done at this dealership), however, it was never recommended to me. It appears he also never checked my oil level because 4 days later, my low oil light came on and I had to buy oil to add to my car.

It is impossible to get a message through to any service advisor via this company’s very antiquated phone system. Service updates and loaners are not provided or at least not provided by Service Advisor Connor. Connor’s communication was terrible and he provided no updates which directly affects opinion of customer service, and low confidence in this company’s priorities. This company’s saving grace is Sabrina who was the only one who was finally able to help me after trying multiple phone numbers listed for this company. 5 stars for Sabrina but 1 star for this company’s GM.

Abbas Abhari was our sales consultant on the purchase of our new 2023 VW ID.4 that we ordered online. He let us know when the car arrived, kept us updated on the process, and let us know when the car was ready to be picked up. When we arrived, Abbas was waiting for us, showed us the car, went around the car with us to check it out, and point out some of the main features. He explained the whole process clearly and helped us understand the rest of the process to finish purchasing the car. Even after we purchased the car, Abbas took the time to help us set up several of the functions available on the car, including the ElectrifyAmerica app on our phone. Abbas is a very pleasant and helpful person to deal with. We highly recommend him when purchasing a car.

I bought the maintenance agreement and gap and was told I would pay nothing when bringing my car in for regular servicing. I only have about 16k miles of my 2020 Tiguan. They did a 30k maintenance and I paid over $220! So in buying the agreement I was lied to since I found out it only covers oil change!!! In confronting the salesman who sold me the agreement he just flaked me off and printed the agreement to show the service writer. The service dept manager was helpful and agreed to give me the flush at no cost since I told him about my maintenance agreement and how deceptive in selling it to me. Very disappointed in Autonation selling practice!! Buyer beware!!

Our brand new tiguan has serious safety issue with their onboard screen, and the staff are extremely irresponsible when we bring in the defective vehicle. We ask where is the manager. I recently visited AutoNation for an oil change and service inspection. Jeffrey was very pleasant and professional in dealing with me. However, I was most impressed with Joe Costello, the service director who interacted with each customer waiting to make sure we were all taken care of and comfortable with our wait. He even made coffee for one of the customers. Joe is truly the epitome of what great customer service is all about.

Sold me maintenance agreement was told I would pay nothing for each regular service 30k etc. I had to pay over $200 for the 30k!! Was lied to by the warranty sales person. It only covers oil changes!! I wouldn’t have bought it. So deceptive!!! To recommend this dealers sale practice no way! And it took 5 hours for the service!!

This was one of the best car buying experiences I have every had. Our salesperson Marko was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience an easy one. The facility was nice and clean, and the management team was helpful. Our only issue was the extremely long time for the paperwork and the payment. If you tell them you are just looking they do not breathe down your back. We went to the dealership 3 times before deciding. Great selection of vehicles. They don't mark the vehicles up with the low inventory sticker. Salesperson (Landon) was very helpful & not pushy. Sales manager Henry was very helpful also. Bought an oil filter for my car I was in and out and waited on by a very knowledgeable and professional parts specialist..... but then I brought my Passat 3.6 se in to have a key ordered and then programed which cost about 650.00...my car sat locked at My place for a week with my inverter powered on and connected to my battery.... a gel cell diehard. When I arrived to get the car, my service advisor told me that my battery was dead and had to be jumped ... I didn't worry too much about it. The next day I noticed my cars windows no longer did one touch up and down..nor convenience close... a day or two later ...and I went out to start it up and nothing ...I went and spent 35 bucks for a set of jumper cables ..used them under the hood to power up the trunk release and then on the battery to jump the car... this wouldn't have been so bad but the next day...the same thing happened late at night and my jumper cables were locked in the Trunk and I was forced to call a tow truck for a jump at 110.00 with a veterans discount...while I was connecting the tow truck drivers cables ... I noticed that the negative terminal on my battery was very very loose and sliding around freely... it wasn't loose before and I figured that it must've been lossened by the tech who worked on my car and not properly tightened... an honest simple mistake ... on a recent visit for some accessories... I mentioned my experience to a guy behind the service desk ... who Immediately became hostile and loud and proclaimed that the tech wouldn't have loosened my battery cable or taken the battery out of the trunk for charging... he was so loud and argumentative that I began to feel some kinda way about my windows not express open and closing anymore or my convenience close not working anymore directly after my visit... I didn't even mention that the techs oversight regarding my loose battery cable cost meover 130.00 between service and buying cables.. and I still have my windows and Convenience close not working. The guy I dealt with was so hostile and aggressive... Iam pretty certain I'll never get my vehicle serviced or repaired there again

The service department at VW on Sahara is unreliable and unprofessional. I dropped my vehicle off on 3/2, for a 9am appt for an oil change and a recall. I indicated I had a firm pick up time of 1pm and was told no problem at all. I received a phone call at 12:48pm to let me know my vehicle had not been touched and they were sorry. Despite my appt, I was told that priority is given to those that are waiting and call backs. One cannot trust VW Service Dept on Sahara due to poor customer service. My time is valuable and I loathe having to make another trip for the service.

The general manager even gave me a call back and said that they were going to help me trade in my vehicle and she never did that. They quote you on completely different pricing than what you’re originally told. Shouldn’t have to deal with such bad attitude from people that were spending a lot of money with.

The dealer tech Jeffrey Lopez was very professional. Brought the car in for the 120k major service. Chose one of the 3 plans available and Jeffrey also suggested other needed repairs but had to hold off till the next visit. The car was washed and looked sparkling. Dealership services are pricey however it is worth every penny

Offered services that are not required according to owners manual. Service advisor was pushing for awd clutch fluid change and other services.According to owners manual awd clutch fluid needs to be change every 3 years regardless of milage. My car is from 2021. Service advisor told me that my warranty might be void if I don’t proceed with his recommendations. Bad experience with that visit.

I had an issue with my car (after only having 6 months) There was a recall that the dealership just needs to update the system. At first, they wanted my car to stay with them which would be impossible at the time. I reached out to Mr. Landon Leetzhow and he was able to have the manager to contact me and have the issue resolved! He was able to offer me an earlier appointment and was able to fix the issue. The service manager as well was amazing as she was able to explain to me what happened. 5 star when I bought my car 5 star for the issue being resolve as quickly as they can!

I unfortunately do not recommend Auto Nation VW at all. I purchased a preowned 2021 Atlas with 6000 miles for $48K. I reported within the first 60 days I drove the car that there was a problem with the brakes since there was a very loud grinding and squeaking noise when braking. I was told that there was nothing they could do, nothing wrong with the car, it was the “materials” used by VW to manufacture the pads and discs. I went for an oil change last month and to follow up on the brakes hoping there was a fix or recall by this point only to hear other people complaining about the same problem. There is obviously something wrong with this vehicle and I am not comfortable driving it. After a little over one year of owning this Atlas and giving Auto Nation the time to find a resolution to this problem NOTHING has been done. I am only told there are no safety issues and that all Atlas models sound like that which I find to be an unacceptable response. I am sick of hearing that it is the manufacturer's problem, not Auto Nation! I want to know how Auto Nation plans on fixing this problem. It has already been a year so at this point you need to trade the vehicle in for me or I will file a lemon lawsuit.

I scheduled an appointment for the airbag recall well over a week out as they had to order the part. After keeping my car all day for one other recall (10 seconds of work) and an oil change, they informed me I?d have to bring my vehicle back again at a later date as they didn?t have the part needed and had to order it. Upsetting to say the least as I live over an hour away from this dealership.

I don’t typically write reviews but I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I bought a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 7k miles on it- practically new. It has shut off twice while driving. I can place my hand behind the steering wheel horn since it’s out of the frame. I spoke with the salesperson who helped me and all he said was ‘sorry’. I asked to bring it in for service but was told since it’s under manufacturer’s warranty I need to reach out to Jeep directly…. I had the car for less than a week before it had problems. Overall, a bad experience.

Service manager doesn’t know what he’s doing, i went to the other dealership in town after autonation couldn’t find what was wrong with my car and they told me multiple things i needed to get done when i had asked the previous dealership (autonation) to do an inspection in the first place. I ended up paying $120 for autonation plus the gas in a loaner just for the rattling problem i was experiencing to not be fixed. I went to get my car when they said it was fixed for it to not be fixed - it literally took me to the first stoplight to notice the rattle once again. They gave me a loaner car that had wingstop garbage?? The next morning the service manager calls to ask me to come back and show them the noise because “my hum is your buzz” Like figure it out. I obviously grabbed my car from them then because i wasn’t driving 40 minutes to show them an extremely obvious noise that they said they had fixed in the first place? I will never go here again. My service girl Kim was nice and gave me great service though, the only reason I’m giving any stars. Findlay VW (the other dealership in town) ended up finding my problem was safelite not doing my windshield repair correctly, which i had told them i recently had that done when i brought it in.

The associates who were working were doing their best to handle each situation professionally . If I can give 10 Stars to Kim for Maintaining composure and providing great customer service I would. I have had an extremely frustrating experience with AutoNation. Last week I called to confirm that a used vehicle was available before we went to the dealership. I was told it was, but when I arrived it turned out a deposit was paid on it even though it was still present on the lot, so it was not in fact available. I had been considering the new option of the same vehicle as well, so I test drove that for about 10 minutes and said yes, let's buy. My fiancé and I proceeded to wait for hours to make the sale - in total it took FIVE HOURS at the dealership to purchase the vehicle. Halfway through signing paperwork with the finance manager, I questioned a detail and was told "Oh wait, that's a mistake, keep signing though" and he printed another paper to sign to correct it. My insurance agent called AutoNation to clarify that detail as well. A few days later, I received conflicting information from the lender and called the finance manager at AutoNation to clarify. He claimed to not remember the mistake with paperwork, speaking with my insurance agent, or giving me the wrong lender information when I purchased. I'm now trying to determine where my loan is on my own, as well as redoing my insurance. I would NEVER buy from AutoNation again.

I bought a car from them in 2019 and the process was fine, but nothing special. I went there knowing exactly what I wanted and the salesperson who said he'd meet me there at a certain time wasn't there and I ended up with someone else. I already knew everything about the car and gave them an easy sale. I sold the car in August 2022 and tried to contact them to cancel the extended warranty and get some money back, but couldn't get a hold of anyone. A couple of times, no one answered at all. Then I tried to contact someone with Autonation online through chat and they said they'd notify the dealership to contact me, but no one ever did. I finally reached someone after a few months and he explained that I needed to come in personally to handle it. When I finally found time to get there in person in January, the finance guy I talked to was very rude and impersonal and didn't seem to know what he was doing. He asked me for the mileage when I sold the car, so I gave him the proof of sale. He took it and walked away to his office without saying anything. I then watched him walk back and forth around the dealership, talking to different people, and it seemed clear that he had no idea what to do. He then came and asked for proof of the warranty, so I gave him that and he walked away again without saying a word. After about 15 minutes of waiting, he brought back my first paper and a copy of the second paper and said I'd get my money in 4-8 weeks. I asked if it was backdated to when I sold the car and he looked like he didn't know. He asked what date I sold the car, took the paper from me again and looked at it, and then said he can't backdate it. Then why did he even ask the date and look at it? I think he never thought to backdate and didn't know how, so just said no. Now I am out about $150 because of this incompetence. I chatted with someone on the website again and told them the issue and that I wanted to talk to someone else in finance with the company and they promised they'd have Autonation Henderson reach out to me, but that was over a week ago and I've still heard nothing. I will not buy anything from Autonation again.

I've already bought two cars here in a year. At first I was abroad when I bought a car and Anthony helped me meticulously with all my requests. First and foremost, this was my first service done on my vehicle. A simple oil change as well as routine maintenance at this dealership, Sadly the experience did not live up to my expectations. Due to circumstantial reasons.. Starting with my arrival I personally wasn't ?dolled up? if you will. Nonetheless, I felt comfortable to still come in with this set appointment. I met with Sabrina Lowe she professionally went through my package and we talked about was recommended on top of my service. I called Sabrina, she then informed me it must of been a miscommunication due to my car being delivered. I then had to drive back to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. She apologized and complemented my look since I was now ?dolled up?. I responded with a ?thank you and that yesterday, I was running errands I normally look like this.? She laughed, I smiled. Signed my paper work then was guided to my vehicle. Due the weather I knew my vehicle wasn?t going to be washed but I expected it to be vacuumed since a complementary cleaning would be done. I even removed my things in my car for them to clean easily. To my surprise it nothing was done.. The only reason why I didn?t bring it up to Sabrina while I was getting into my car. I had plans set for the day and I was already dissatisfied. In closing, I will NOT be going back to this dealership. I don?t feel like I was being a difficult customer I was just going what was how I was treated and I feel as it wasn?t top tier.

My husband and I brought our VW in for service at Auto Nation VW on Sahara. While waiting we looked at some 2023 Tiguans. Abbas Abhari, sales consultant, approached us to say hello as we have bought in the past with him. He also asked if we had any questions and shared details of the new upgrades on the 23 model vs our 2020 model. Buying a new car was not on our to do list for this year but Abbas’ expertise and patience and taking his time with us with no pressure or stress we began to think of buying. Abbas worked to prepare a deal that we simply couldn’t refuse. I became a new customer in 2022 and in the beginning, the customer service was very bad. The lady that helped us out did not know anything about the vehicle or any knowledge of the warranties. She was impatient and was not resourceful. My car constantly had issues and this car was brand new straight out of the lot. The staff from Henderson compared to Sahara was much better. They were polite and they made me feel as though my car was important.

This was an absolutely horrible experience for me. Absolutely horrible! Brought my car in for service for something that should not have taken more than two days. My car was there for more than two weeks. I I brought my car in to have the diagnostic done and then I brought it back for the actual service on December 10. My car was there until after Christmas, which ruined my Christmas plans. I was supposed to be on the road on Christmas Eve traveling to see friends. Service techs lost the key to my vehicle and they could not work on my vehicle until they ordered another key which had to be programmed as well as the second key that I have. My service advisor was not the best, and I would not want to deal with her ever again! This experience was extremely horrible and it makes me not want to bring my car back to this dealership for service. Thank God I have a warranty! The only comps that I received from this horrible experience was that Service did not charge me to reprogram my keys. I returned the car with gas in it the way that it was when I left with the loaner VW.

So the reason for this rating is for finance I bought gap insurance with my car two years ago and able to pay it off I no longer needed it. I have reached out to a gentleman named Vinokur multiple times by email and calls since Oct and no luck still no refund he doesn’t reply to every email just plain unprofessional and no luck getting through to anyone else. The salesperson was not forthcoming with the features on the car. He assured me that the car was exactly like the Jetta I was trading in. He didn't offer a test drive. After my purchase, while driving home, I noticed there was no blindspot monitoring. When I texted him about it, he was dismissive and told me to check the window sticker. When I did, I also noticed it was missing the rear alert warning. These are both safety features that were on my 2019 Jetta that I've come to rely on. His response and dismissiveness was truly disappointing because I was a returning customer, and I had worked with him in the past. If it wasn't for Curt, the floor manager, and Louise, the GM, trying to help fix the mistake of the salesperson, I'd give the whole experience 1 star. Curt and Louise are the only reason I didn't reverse my lease and go with Hyundai.

The Service was fantastic. Unfortunately, I brought my car in for an oil changed that caught some much more expensive issues including my water pump and thermostat. Mark, my service representative was very understanding that I'd be upset with the cost of the repair but was very transparent about the pricing and reasoning for what was entailed. The video they sent me of the issue was really helpful and gave me peace of mind. My car is paid off so I'm happy to invest in it to keep it running, and overall I'm satisfied, just bummed about the cost, though mark did work to keep the costs reasonable for me so I think everyone did the best they could given the situation.

Had gone to get my tire pressure checked & asked the guy to check out my tire threads bc they looked fishy. I'm no tire expert but the threading looked kinda worn out. They indeed were at a 3 and 1 at a 2. Went to dealership as usual they make you wait forever, then Louise, one of the managers tells me that their 120 point inspection had the tires pass with a score of 5....well 5 to them but transportation safety actually at a 3. She told me they weren't going to upgrade me bc it's a used car (2019) but that they'd price match with ANY other place. OK cool, I was running late to go pick up my kids so I told them I'd call back up set up a time. Left a message for Joseph the shop manager NOT EVEN 30 min later and today 12/15/22 I still have not gotten a call back. People PLEASE do your due diligence when purchasing a used vehicle ANYWHERE but especially these dealerships. These AutoNations have a 5 day money back guarantee so I highly suggest you take your vehicle to a trusted mechanic and have them do a check of everything possible. This is the 2nd time AutoNation effs me over so that's on me for being stupid. Just a warning to all potential used car buyers out there. --------------------------------------------- Salesman Nick was a nice young man. Hustling to make a sale he came up with lots of options. Financial manager was straight to the point and quick. 3 stars because waiting from 9am to 130pm to sign paperwork. This process should have been faster due to the circumstances we were in that should have made this transaction quicker. Didn't fill up my tank either. Other than that I'd recommend AutoNation.

This is my 2 nd time getting service at VW AutoNation. Mark daddaio went above and beyond his job requirement. Made sure everything was taking care of with my car but then we got talking about my 16 year old daughter and he suggested a safe drivers course. Charlotte Wilson was extremely helpful with getting my car scheduled for service this last weekend. ( I had been trying to contact my prior service consultant, but could not). Charlotte gladly set a time for me on Saturday morning, early, and was there to greet me and walk me through the process of services that I wanted done on my vehicle. I was initially there to get an oil change and wipers, and with Charlotte's assistance - an oil treatment and fuel treatment were added as my car is in the higher mileage bracket now. Additionally, during the process and review of my car I received a call from Charlotte letting me know of an issue that needed desperate repair/replacement that would effect the ability to control the car when turning. With her explanation and assistance, the replacement of the suspension control arms were also taken care of. Also, she let me know about the "pit stop" option to get a top off on oils and fluids that is included with my oil change - just stop in at 3k to 6k miles after the oil change, at no further cost to me. Overall, though the costs were higher than expected, Charlotte assisted with a discount on services completed on my car. She made the experience memorable and she was easy to work with. I recommend Charlotte and VW on Sahara for vehicle service.

Can't register on time because of there misshap and when you need a new moving permit They make you jump through hoops because the paperwork they said they have sent to the dmv never actually got sent till the third time you've called in the 11 days you've owned the car. Care only about the sale and not the follow-through. Horrible experience. Horrible dealership here in las vegas. But I only love the car I picked out before hand and called for the test drive myself. No work was actually done here, just a collection of money and a very unhappy customer. The car was rock chipped in the window, dirty and didn't get cleaned before the buy.

If you want oil change need before 1 mouth make apportionment. They charged me $300 to replace brake pads and it's take 2 days. A year ago, VW turned off my engine light and I was in and out? there no problems and no charge. This year my engine light turned on again, but I ran into Sabrina (Sahara location). She was rude and abrupt and told me I never had my engine light turned off with them in the past, which is not true. Last year I was taken care of, but Sabrina wasn?t as helpful. She made sure I paid 800$ to have my engine light turned off. I was unhappy with her and the cost, but I paid the 800$. I have worked in customer service for over 32 years and felt disrespected by Sabrina for no reason. I believe who ever hired was fooled? she doesn?t belong in the front of the department helping guest. After the required 30k mile service and picking up my vehicle the tire service light was and still is illuminated on the dashboard of my vehicle. Maybe air was needed in the tires. I had the tires filled with air and the tire service light is still illuminated. In my book that is unacceptable service. To correct this inadequate service, I need to have my vehicle serviced and corrected as 'No Cost.' I have 2021 Jetta. My car is 15K miles. The brake pad is done in rear left side but right side is like new. They let me pay $300 to replace the brake pad. Volkswagen warranty not cover this. This is brake system issue not normal use.

He reviewed the findings against what my service history has and identified items which we’re already addressed earlier, but was flagged only because of the mileage reading. I took my car for service with plenty of time to correct the issue, the service rep told me that the recall was going to take longer and it might run to the next day. Note that I had made an appointment and if they were so back up they should of call the later appointments to reschedule. In any event I left my car and turned on the Valet feature on the app. I was able to tell that the repair was done the same day in less than an hour when they were quoting me for three hours labor

My new jetta broke down and I used the VW Roadside assistance and after 4 hours on the road they never showed up so I had to use my private insurance. My suggestion would be to revamp the roadside assistance program. Once VW had my car, the best thing ever was meeting Sabrina in the service department she is the best. From the beginning, it was a little weird. The sale was good, financial dept was pushy. The worst part was taking my car in for service. I took it in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. shortly after leaving my car starts making a grinding sound. it wasn't constant so I thought it was something caught on my tire. 4 days later it is making the worst noise. I call a leave a voice-mail requesting call back. NOTHING. I wait all day Saturday.....NOTHING. Monday, still no call back. I finally get a chance on Tuesday and they don't have availability for over a week despite me telling them the noise and the fact I DRIVE MY SMALL CHILDREN IN THE CAR! When I took my car in, they said my brakes were good. I took my car in to a PROFESSIONAL finally cause the sound had me scared and come to find out my brakes were GONE! I have only had my car for 6 months! because of waiting and having to use my car I have not only had to replace the brakes, but get a whole new rotary. their service dept doesn't care about you, your family, or their safety. their "safety inspection" is a joke. Don't take your car for service.

Hello, May 25, 2022 I purchased a lovely 2021 VW ID4. What a wonderful car to drive in the 12 days I’ve had it! I purchased window tinting through autonation at great expense. I assumed the honest and competent sales service would carry over to honesty and competence in the service department. It did not. My sales person Abbas Abhari introduced me to Ray Shapiro service consultant. We agreed on a 7am appointment today Monday June 6, 2022 for window tinting. Ray estimated a 4 hour wait for window tinting. Abbas was present for this conversation. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment. Ray told me there would be a 6-8 hour wait for the tinting. I told him he estimated 4 hours when I purchased the car. He said he did not tell me that. Sir, I have an excellent memory! Ray was dishonest with his estimate. Also, if the window tint place doesn’t open until 9am. Why would Ray agree to making a window tint appointment at 7am? He assured me it would be better to get to dealership early. We joked about how early it would be. I can’t see the benefit to lying to me AFTER I purchase the car. Unless it’s a case of schmooze and gaslighting until the time limit for returning the vehicle has expired. The level of disrespect and deceit I have experienced at your dealership is so high I am nauseated sitting here waiting for my car for the next 6-8 hours. I do not appreciate gaslighting. I am disgusted. I would have made arrangements if Ray had been honest in the first place and told me window tinting is an all day affair. I understand things take time to be done correctly. I am angry about the deceit. My time just as valuable as yours. I would like you to call me about this matter. I purchased a service package and do not wish to return to this dealership, ever.

He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible although our wait for the car was quite long ( car bumper removal and replacement ) due to un-availability of some parts, that they have to pick up at crosstown Henderson . The start was good our sales person Anthony was very nice and very helpful. Once we left everything fell apart. We ask for adjustment 3 days after purchasing our Tiguan on our contract and was told no problem, we called a week later to see if we need to come back in to resign paper work and never got return calls by no one not even management after leaving message. We were also told we get a call to let us know when to pick up our paperwork to register our car and over 3 weeks later still waiting. I did call Anthony Monday, May 2, 2022 and left message and still waiting for a response. Our temporary plates expire May 11, 2022 and today is May 4, 2022 1 week left before it expires.

A very thorough check of my car found many issues to be fixed. The pre check estimate was 1k...the result was almost 5k. Considering inflation of steel products and the current gouging of used car buyers, I have come to realize that having the work done by professionals was the right thing. My overall experience with my salesman was fantastic. Working out a fair price for my trade-in, test driving the vehicle, and the ease of making my decision went extremely well. The finance department could have run better. The finance person, other than explaining the extra warranty options, did not explain the paper work, the terms of my loan or my payment. However my salesman and I had discussed all of that so I did know what was going on. Also I was receiving cash back from my trade in and the finance person didn’t know when I would get that money back or feel it necessary to make sure I had documentation showing that, but I was not leaving without something that showed I was owed money. He couldn’t give me answers about the green slip, he is the reason I am giving only 4 stars. My overall experience with my salesman Derek was terrific and I would recommend him to my friends.

I brought my car in for its 20k. Making the appointment was relatively easy. I dropped my car off the day before and the service was done in a timely fashion. My service advisor Jeffery was pleasant and professional. There was another service advisor that made it a point to jump in on the conversation, not once but twice (when I dropped the car off and again when I picked up the car). Not very professional in all honesty. There is certainly room for improvement, it's a car dealership but doesn't have to feel like one. I'll be back for warranty work if necessary.

We love our car but will never recommend this dealership to anyone. The only two positive aspects of our experience with this dealership were the salesman, Abbas Abhari, and the vehicle itself. Our biggest complaints about this place are that we spent three hours there and it took a month for us to be able to register it because the dealership forgot paperwork that they needed and filled out title paperwork incorrectly. While at the dealership the finance guy, Tim, kept us waiting for thirty minutes (after we’d been there over two hours) because he was doing a test online that should’ve been done on his own personal time. Then, he proceeded to try to push packages on us after we repeatedly declined. We finally had to tell him to take no for an answer and move on with the process. By the time we finished with everything it was almost 9pm. So basically, if you’ve got three hours to spare, enjoy having to do everyone’s job for them and like spending your free time making multiple trips to the DMV only to find out that you’re either missing paperwork and/or the paperwork is done incorrectly on the dealership’s end then, by all means, make this dealership the next place you buy your vehicle.

Overall my experience with AutoNation servicing department and even the repair is mediocre at best and borderline unacceptable to me. Quality of repair when I bought a tire was great however for some reason my car sunglass top holder keeps breaking (even when I don?t use it) and it ends up blocking my view if not TAPED up. I understand it?s a very small area but the Notifications of blocked view and just a nuisance of having to go back to repair something like that multiple times now it?s not some thing I?m OK with.

I had scheduled an oil change for my daughter. Upon arrival the service advisor, Charlotte, told her that she did not have an appointment. My daughter insisted that the appointment was made and then the advisor said, you were just here in December after looking into it. My daughter was there in December 2020, not 2021. She told the advisor, after talking to me (I was abroad in Europe and she woke me up), to take care of it and continue with the oil change. After much arguing, she told my daughter to come back in 3 hours to pick up the car. In the meantime, I found the email with the appointment confirmation, from Charlotte! When my daughter picked up the car, she presented the email to Charlotte and she still denied being wrong and started blaming other people. I am rather furious and will not continue to use AutoNation VW - we purchased 4 cars here already and expect way better service from a dealership. We love our cars but do no love this dealership.

Waiting area was nice and kept you occupied since you can watch tv and have coffee, tea and water available to you. I have no idea how AutoNation is still in business other than perpetually ripping off customers. I just moved to Vegas and was looking for a new reliable dealership. Instead they charged me $360 for "diagnostics" that took them 30 minutes. Rather than charge me an appropriate price for basic maintenance on a 90k mi vehicle, they lost a customer. I was warned about AutoNation, but I decided to try them anyway because of their convenient location. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. There's absolutely no reason to allow these guys to rip you off.

The main thing that made me happy was this was one of the only dealership that wasn’t marking up their vehicles due to the shortage and the main reason I came in on that day. The sales department was definitely the smoothest experience I’ve had buying a car in a long time. Tanya was awesome and extremely helpful and welcoming. The only frustration was the financing process was a little less to be desired. Had to wait nearly 5 hours to get into finance. I understand that he was the only finance guy there but dang. And he was really pushy with add on packages. After refusing several times the packages presented he just gave a frustrated look and kept at it. Overall though I am very happy with my purchase and will be back next time I am in the market for a new car.

My wife and I went to this Dealership to purchase a used 2016 Volkswagen Tiguan. We met with a "nice" salesman. We looked car over and found a bolt laying on top of transmission that was "forgotten to be installed". We were assured that this is a no Issue item due to fact that nothing was noted on car fax and car would have 2 year bumper to bumper warranty. There were two areas of small damage to car and we told sales person that we had a cash deal if they would be fixed. After he went to his manager they agreed to fix the car. we put 5000 dollars down and would pay almost 14000 dollars upon pickup. 4 days later we were called ,car was ready. Upon inspection areas discussed were brushed painted.and I was told That they had fixed them. The salesman and sales manager told me that this is the way they "fix" cars for resale. I was then told I needed to understand. I have purchased dozens of cars in my life and never have been treated this way. When you tell a customer you are going to "fix the issues" a paint brush on a scratch and dents are not a fix for a delership. We were told that we could take it or leave it. I chose to leave it. $20000.00 and a upset customer does not mean much to this dealer.

Have had my 2020 Jetta GLI for a year and the sunglasses holder has broken and won't shut - therefore effectively hindering my rearview vision. Went into AutoNation VW to order the part. Waited 20 minutes while they supposedly were ordering the part. It's been a month and have heard absolutely nothing. Called today only to find out that an order was never placed. Had to call parts only to be lucky enough that they had one on hand (again, having never let me know). Then tried to make an appointment after securing the part only to have it over a month out. Huge safety hazard and still no help. Not impressed. Disappointing service overall.

Leased a vehicle through AutoNation VW in Las Vegas, NV in November 2017. All season tires did not hold up in their heat of this city and I was constantly getting flat tires. Did all my services through here, wait time is ridiculous so make sure you have a ride to and from so you’re not waiting 2+ hours for a scheduled oil change. The vehicle itself wasn’t horrible, but the business I bought it at was. I traded in my vehicle in April 2020 and have been trying to get a refund for my warranties ever since then with no luck. I went in to the business and got the run around, got the run around over the phone, and got it via corporate email. I haven’t heard anything from VW Customer Relations email since March 5, 2021 despite multiple emails. I am entitled to a refund of the warranties and yet no one is giving it to me, sounds like a scam company and I’ve been making sure word of mouth reviews have been greatly unpleasant. Making sure to leave bad reviews everywhere possible so everyone gets their fair warning dealing here. BBB was contacted and filed complaints with them as well.

Probably one of the worst buying experiences in my life. I’m new to the VW family, and I felt disposed of and forgotten. The sales team and finance department never returned calls, I felt like I was an inconvenience for them when I called about information. I don’t not recommend this place whatever so ever! I’m extremely unhappy. Even till this day I still have nothing resolved 22 days later. What’s crazy is that you would think they would have more patience and time to talk to you, since they are barely any cars on the lot. We truly are just a number to them.

When you take your car for a service and they tell you what exactly need to be done, you trust them but if they call you the day that is supposed to get done your car to tell you that that is not the problem, you start to doubt the quality of their technicians. Went for oil change and Magic my turbo got broke. One of the service specialist told me that is only a little piece to be replaced and when I bring back my car he called me the day that supposed to be done to inform me that they need to replace all my turbo and it will be done in 5 days. What makes me take a rental car and then I need to bring back my car this week because they didn?t have all the parts to finish my car. That?s is really disrespectful

I had a great experience with the salesman Anthony S. He’s was very patient when our trade in died on us so we have to call someone to bring us a new battery. The sales teams stayed open a little later due to that problem and also to get us into a new vehicle. The only thing I say is to INSPECT the vehicle properly and get EVERYTHING in writing. After we signed our papers we noticed the lever on the driver side was broke to recline the seat, Anthony was outside with us when we seen that issue. He told us no problem we’ll fix it. A few days later they sent us to an actual GMC dealer because they couldn’t fix it, cool we thought they would cover the cost since we purchased it like that and Anthony said they would take care of it. I have to say it has been a long time since I have received such AMAZING customer service from a Service Department at a car dealership. AutoNation Volkswagen is lucky to have Charlotte as a service consultant. She went out of her way to make a difficult situation as smooth as she was able to. My daughter and I were on a road trip for spring break visiting colleges and sightseeing when our VW Passat broke down in Death Valley, California, probably one of the worst places to break down. We were towed to the closest VW dealer which just happened to be AutoNation VW, arriving there around 11pm. Our trip obviously did not go as planned; however, we were able to get one of the last rental cars in Vegas and continue our trip, albeit some plans were changed since we had to return to fetch our car. Charlotte was an excellent communicator; she was on the ball making sure the parts were ordered asap and keep us in the loop, so we knew a reasonable time frame to return to Vegas to get our car. She was always kind, patient, and empathic to our situation, even when I was stressed out. I was so excited to receive a call from her before noon on the day our car was “possibly” scheduled to compete. It was so nice to get my car back in tip-top shape and even washed! Thank you Charlotte for everything!!

Was texted multiple times today about when I was coming in. I arrived at 4:00 and agreed to a deal. It is now 7:27, I have yet to get into finance. I walked out once and I was then given another $1000.00 of the deal as they were so busy!!! Not even offer some water. The salesman is outside, not paying attention to me. I have never ever had such a horrendous experience. I asked for the keys and they won’t give me the keys or title back. Ac is not even working in the showroom!!! Big mistake coming here today. I ended up leaving at 8:00pm, after 4 hours and still no hope of getting to finance. The sales manager was actually very apologetic and offered to honor the latest deal on Monday evening. I am now so burned out from this process. Buying a new car used to be fun.. This dealership offers nothing! I really felt like I was just a number. I was purchasing one of the most expensive vehicles VW sells and to be treated worse than cattle is an insult.

Parts requested from a recall were already delivered at the dealership. They didn?t even bother to call me to schedule an appointment to get it replaced. It took a month or more for me to get a recall (which is their own fault) corrected if I didn?t call. Very disappointing.

When I purchased my car, I had a bad experience with the finance manager. First I had to wait several hours till he could see me. Once I got in his office, he did not seem warm or welcoming. He never even. thanked me for purchasing a car. He was beyond pushy, rude and the least bit helpful. All he wanted to do was push the warranty that went with the maintenance package. I kept telling him I was not interested because I am only keeping the car for a year. He would not take no for an answer. So the finance process took way to much time. over an hour and a half. I would never want to deal with that man again. This is the second car I have purchased at this dealership. Don't think I would go back. I have had a Jetta for 6 years now. I would think the company would have some loyalty towards me. In addition I am financed through VW. Have been for six years. Automatic payment comes out of my checking. The first payment for some reason, not because of my end, not taken out on time. It was VW fault. Every time I tried to fix the problem it never was fixed. Six years later it still is on the payment report from VW. Buying my second car, this brought my credit number down a point that you use to finance people with at VW. That needs to be removed. I look forward to hearing from you to get that problem resolved. Thank you.

This review is a follow up to a post regarding an issue I had regarding my 30,000 mile service package expiring 3 months after purchasing my vehicle. I was contacted by the General Manager at Autonation Volkswagen this morning regarding the issue with another Volkswagen dealership not honoring my service package. Although the package did expire Autonation Volkswagen’s service department is going to honor the package for me and service my vehicle. I am very pleased with the customer service I have received and I am scheduled for service later this week. I will post another review once service is complete but for now this dealership has definitely gained my trust again.

I was originally trying to buy a vehicle at Findlay North VW in Las Vegas. After 2 weeks worth of them misleading me and not being truthful I decided to look elsewhere. I called Autonation vw and talked to a salesman that convinces me to come in. The dealership was very busy when we got there. Still, I was treated like I was the only customer for 200 miles. They listened to what my needs and wants were and met them quickly and easily. after the sale there was a small hiccup and after expressing my concerns I recieved a call from the General Manager Louise Evan's. She really seems to care about how her customers are treated. she addressed my concerns and the problem was resolved. my wife needs to replace her VW for a new one and we'll most likely come back to this dealership.

I went to this store to buy a car. Everyone was nice and it was a simple process. But since my purchase they have treated my like xxxx. Seem once they get you to sign the customer service stops and they dont care about you. They negotiated as part of my down payment to hold a check for 21 days and I have paperwork that reflect this. The night I bought the car it had a low tire. It was late and service was closed. So I stopped and put air in the tire on my way home. A couple of days later it was low again. So I took it in to have them look at it. The guy in service offered no help bit to charge me $271 for a tire I can buy anywhere else for less than $15. Three days after my purchase they tries to cash my check that was to be held for 21 days. It didnt go through and I was charged a return check fee. I went in to clear this up but lucky me nobody could be bothered to help me. Three days later they tried to cash the check again and this time it went through. Now I'm $800 short on my rent and they dont seem to care. I've made several calls, left several messages, and no renterned calls. One time they even told me that the finace manager who I did my contracts with didnt work there as I stood there looking at him sitting in his office. Needless to say it's in my attorney's hands now. I will never purchase another car from these guys and never get the one I have serviced there!

I have to say my most recent experience was horrible. The service tech I normally work with and who does an AMAZING job was not there although I had an appointment with her. I ended up having to deal with mark and it was not pleasant. He doesn't listen and he is pushy. He made me feel like it was going to be a chore he would rather not do when it came to my service. I explained what had already been discussed with my service tech and I he kept saying was well in my experience that isn't going to happen. He then told me it was going to take over 5 hours to do a diagnostic which was going to cost me $100 each, and THEN he would work on contacting my warranty company... When I told him never mind I will just have to come back because I have to work, mind you I brought my car in at 8am and don't start work until 1pm but was told no guarantee I would know anything by then, he began to say oh well I can probably make it happen by 12... I left with questions unanswered, diagnostic not done, and very frustrated.

Until I started dealing with AutoNation VW I was wary about dealerships. Apparently AutoNation determined why car owners preferred to go to their local repair guy, and fixed many of the problems. The service is personal, communications are clear, and they convey confidence thst they can handle these higher-tech car problems. I don't know if I am paying more for dealership -care, but I'm fine with that. The security of a quality assured service department sets me at ease.

But after getting outstanding customer service from Anthony who usually is on the front desk and the general manager herself Louise. I must say that for the first time, I have left a car dealership where I got exactly what I wanted with the best deal possible. Anthony is very kind with utmost customer service skills. And Louise is the definition of what a great leader is. She really gets the job done, handles service recovery really well and is a very efficient communicator. We absolutely love our new Tiguan! When our family gets bigger, we will probably upgrade with the Atlas! Vincent Vitala" Manager of service at VW is a great and honest guy. Let me tell you my story. My wife's Toyota Corolla was dying and one morning I was taking my daughter to school, a car in front of me crashed into a wall spewing parts into my path that exploded one of our bad tires. Upon finally arriving at my daughters school I embarrassed my daughter and myself when a cloud of burning oil enveloped the car like in John Candy "Uncle Buck" movie. That morning I violated every rule when buying a car on Boulder Hwy. I was tired and still without coffee. After the third dealership I found a sexy VW. I liked it! Don't know why but VW has a good reputation. I really had no idea what I purchased, turned out it was a GTI rocket with turbo charger. The car has issues and the dealership was done with the transaction so I took it to VW Auto Nation. The first annoying issue was a bad tail light indicator on the dashboard. I talked with the first service person who was great but just did not understand procedures. Now comes the great part about VW Auto Nation and the manager "Vincent" who clearly has the senior intelligence and experience to know what to look at first. After fixing the first light I got a third tail light indicator. The previous owner put in an after market toy that makes the third tail light flash. However this creates a change in the voltage flow that indicates a bad third tail light problem. Vincent put back the original third tail light saving me the cost of the light and remove the add-on toy. The system is back to OEM operating standards and the dashboard light no long blasts me in the face every time I drive my VW GTI. Did I say that I am 60 years old and I have so much fun with the power. VW Auto Nation and Vincent did an overall diagnostic of the car for me and pointed out other details to be aware to fix. Such as I was told by other people to change the timing belt at 80,000 miles. Vincent again made me aware that VW timing belt is not a belt it is a chain and does not need to be changed until 130.000 miles. The car has 80,000 miles. My point is that in Las Vegas it is hard to find a honesty, professional and forthright services anywhere. "Vincent" and Auto Nation proved to be a savior when I neglected ever car purchase rule. I will not fear purchasing another VW when my 1996 SC Lexus drops dead in 8 months. I hope it is electric.

Vincent put back the original third tail light saving me the cost of the light and remove the add-on toy. The system is back to OEM operating standards and the dashboard light no long blasts me in the face every time I drive my VW GTI. Did I say that I am 60 years old and I have so much fun with the power. VW Auto Nation and Vincent did an overall diagnostic of the car for me and pointed out other details to be aware to fix. Such as I was told by other people to change the timing belt at 80,000 miles. Vincent again made me aware that VW timing belt is not a belt it is a chain and does not need to be changed until 130.000 miles. The car has 80,000 miles. My point is that in Las Vegas it is hard to find a honesty, professional and forthright services anywhere. "Vincent" and Auto Nation proved to be a savior when I neglected ever car purchase rule. I will not fear purchasing another VW when my 1996 SC Lexus drops dead in 8 months. I hope it is electric.

They made buying a car super easy. Every worker there was friendly and no one was trying to swindle or haggle. They were up front with me and told me exactly what to expect. The car I got has minor repair issues, including the cup holder, where the bottom of the holder was off completely. I do not know if they realized it or not. Overall, good experience. 9/10

Two days before Christmas, my car developed a problem with the programming. The car, according to the guide book instructed that when I receive an error message to not drive the car. I talked to Mark and he suggested that I have the car towed into their lot that evening. I called AAA and they came right away, towed the vehicle. Christmas eve day, Mark had it in the shop, diagnosis complete, called me and it was repaired before noontime. Not only that, he addressed another problem and took care of it. I went into the dealership as a returning client. I was looking to trade in my 17' Jetta for the newer model. Unfortunately it wasn't a great experience at all. I wanted a similar payment to what I currently have or a little bit higher. The finance manager told me personally they weren't not in the business of loosing money especially on returning customers? He mentioned that with my last deal they lost so much money they weren't willing to do the same again? I work in the customer service industry myself and if I have returning clients I go out of my way to get them what they need because that's how you build a clientele and they keep returning to you for that great customer service you provided. Now I know they didn't loose money on my last deal or else they would have not sold me anything. I will never go back to that dealership I honestly got a lot better service at Findlay Volkswagon of Las Vegas.

I brought my Atlas in for my10,000 mile oil change and service. I had my appointment and was helped right away. My advisor said he would call me in a few hours to let me know when to pick my car up. First of all I don?t appreciate being lied to. After having my GTI brought in for a diagnostic check because my engine light came on. I was told that it was the radiator/coolant sensor that was failing and that I needed to get the whole radiator replaced because the sensor is attached. It would cost me $1300 since my vehicle is not under warranty anymore. This is a complete lie and I feel like Auto nation was trying to scam me. That sensor can be replaced alone and the part cost $27! I can replace it myself! The fact that I paid $100 for a diagnostic check and can?t even do the service without trying to scam someone that is a repeat customer is very wrong! I?ve purchased 2 vehicles through VW AutoNation and feel I deserve better than this!

worse used car purchase ever. they claimed they did a tune up on the truck we just bought after not even a week we notice a misfire, changed the spark plugs and these have no been done in possibly year or longer from the looks ! so had to pay out of pocket for a tune up on a vehicle we just bought ! but on paper even says tune up was done ! plus their workers like to ding doors with their vehicles on my personal vehicle even went through clear coat ! I recommend ihor hes beyond amazing but their used cars dont trust our their word.

Hands down would I reccomend AutoNation VW I was down from Canada and had some front end issues on my 2018 Golf R. Vincent walked me through a smooth professional process to cover it under my canadian warranty down here. The service dept especially Mark is always courteous and professional. Mark let me in last minute and got me out of real bind. My car broke down. Without him I would has missed more work and been stranded. That's the way it should be. Care about the person not the company or the buck. However, VW has been a pain about this feedback. Two phone calls and a PM when it should be just a link from their website. Not that big of an issue. Again, however Mark was a hero and that's missing in big corporation customer service nowadays. Here is my experience. Lots of area to improve in. GM needs to engage in fixing the break down in communication within the dealership. Stop pushing unnecessary extra services. Learn you your customers are before engaging with. If commitments are made, know the commitments, honor the commitments. If the GM does not trust honorable customers they will not trust the GM. GM does not need to make excuses etc. because there are customers specially the senior retirees who have experienced all this nonsense in their life. AutoNation has some great employees who need leadership. Disgusting experience. Dealer uses pressure tactics and operates like a circus to make the sale. It is kinda fun playing them. Once the sale is made the process to close is a circus. No one knows what they are doing. GM enters the game in the last quarter using pressure tactics to sell extra services downgrading and bad mouthing my insurance company. I was promised on a Thursday that on Monday I will pick up my original invoice and all documents to register my new vehicle at DMV in Arizona. The finance person a two month recruit at AutoNation VW stalled me then told me nothing was ready. Never had the courtesy to call me and tell me they will not be ready. Met the GM. What an experience. She started to stall me. The conversation was disgusting and insulting. She blamed other employees. She is the GM and responsible to communicate with her employees and manage the dealership. AutoNation needs to make management changes to turn this dealership around. If any " customer service" exists " call me. Low end auto dealer.
